Death in Coronation Street
(Picture: ITV/Metro.co.uk)

Death is about to rock Coronation Street when Cormac, the son of drug dealer Ronan, overdoses on drugs and Ryan Connor avoids calling an ambulance. But as he realises that his delay is the cause of Cormac’s demise, what will Ryan do next?

Ronan insisted to Adam Barlow that he helped Cormac find work following his release from a youth offenders unit and as a result, he was taken on at the bistro but Daniel Osbourne soon warns Michelle and Robert who Cormac’s dangerous dad is.

Meanwhile, Cormac impresses Ryan, Sophie and Bethany when he reveals he can get them into the opening of a new club in town. Aware of Cormac’s connections, Michelle warns Ryan to be careful but later in the night, Cormac offers Ryan a line of coke.

(Picture: ITV)

Ryan has a history with drugs and as the night gets out of control and Cormac starts handing ecstasy tablets around, Bethany and Sophie make to leave. As Ryan tries to talk them out of it, Cormac slips the bag of pills into Ryan’s pocket.

Meanwhile, Sophie rants at Ryan that his drug abuse once almost cost her her life and Ryan assures her that he has changed. As he heads back to the flat, he finds Cormac fitting and instead of calling an ambulance, he alerts Ali Neeson.

Ali tries to help, thinking that the ambulance has been called but by the time he realises that emergency services are not on their way, it’s too late and Cormac dies. But why did Ryan hold off phoning 999 and will a cover up now ensue given that Ryan has the bag of pills?

Recent pictures showed that this storyline will build up to an intense car crash next month – so more death seems likely to follow…

Yom Kippur 2018: All you need to know about the holiest day in the Jewish calendar

Tuesday night at sundown marks the start of Yom Kippur – the Jewish day of atonement.

thumbnail for post ID 6936401Happy Rosh Hashanah 2017! Quotes, greetings, messages and poems for the Jewish New Year

It’s the holiest day in the Jewish calendar and will see millions of Jewish people around the world fasting as they ask forgiveness for their sins for the last year.

It’s also a chance, following last week’s Jewish New Year, for worshippers to pledge to start off with a clean slate and do better in the year ahead.

with millions of Jewish people around the world asking forgiveness for their sins for the last year.

When does Yom Kippur usually fall?

An ultra-Orthodox Jewish man swings a chicken, later to be slaughtered as part of the Kaparot ritual in which it is believed that one transfers one’s sins from the past year into the chicken (Picture: ABACAUSA)

Yom Kippur officially starts at sundown tonight.

The date changes from year to year on the Gregorian calendar but typically takes place in either September or October.

In the Jewish calendar it is always the tenth day of the new Jewish year, starting just over a week after that festival – known as Rosh Hashanah – ends.

How do people mark Yom Kippur?

Members of an Orthodox Jewish community study the Torah in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Yom Kippur (Picture: Getty Images)

Yom Kippur is all about fasting but people also abstain from bathing, wearing perfumes, lotions and wearing leather. That’s why you’ll see plenty of smartly dressed people on the way to synagogue wearing trainers. Many people also wear white for the day.

Most Jewish people will spend the day – or at least a significant part of the day – in synagogue. Many secular Jews, who don’t otherwise go to synagogue will attend for at least this one day.

The idea is that the day will be spent in prayer, both publicly and privately, to ask forgiveness for one’s sins. By the end of the day Jews hope that they’ve been forgiven for their sins of the past year and can start afresh.

All in all there are a grand total of five special prayer services that take place during Yom Kippur.

While Yom Kippur is a serious day – the most solemn day of the Jewish year – there is an undertone of joy too. This is the confidence that God will forgive sins and the next year will be full of health and happiness.

Why do people not drink water?

An ultra-Orthodox Jewish man lightly whips a Jewish man inside a ‘yeshiva,’ or religious seminary, in Jerusalem prior to the start of the high Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur (Picture: ABACAUSA)

Really anyone observing Yom Kippur should avoid any food or drink at all for 25 hours. Yep, even water.

However there are some exemptions – as well as young children, fasting is generally discouraged if you are pregnant or have a medical condition such as diabetes. While fasting is considered of the utmost importance, Jewish people are not allowed to endanger their health by doing so, especially if they are under doctors’ orders not to

In the case of a medical emergency a person must also break their fast – if someone however breaks it due to feeling unwell and afterwards feels well enough to resume fasting, they should do so.

The night before the festival starts Jewish families come together to eat a pre-fast meal before lighting candles, saying a blessing to the children and going to synagogue for a special service called Kol Nidre.

Is there a pretty good feast afterwards?

An ultra-orthodox Jewish man performs the Kaparot ceremony  (Picture: Getty Images)

Yom Kippur is closed with the Neilah service, after which there is sometimes song and dance, and a fast-breaking meal.

What people break the fast with tends to depend on individual families.

Some people start with a glass of water and something small like a slice of honey cake (traditionally eaten at Jewish New Year), others prefer to have a large meal – it really comes down to personal taste.

How do children mark Yom Kippur?

Fasting only starts once children have turned bar mitzvah/bat mitzvah – which means they’re 13 (sometimes 12 in the case of girls, depending on the branch of Judaism).

However, many younger children mark the day in some way, such as missing a meal, or avoiding treats.

Emmerdale spoilers: Robert Sugden offers touching support to Liv Flaherty ahead of Robron wedding

Robert helps Liv in Emmerdale
(Picture: ITV)

It’s no easy feat getting the right words for the wedding day of your beloved older brother Aaron Dingle but that’s what Liv Flaherty faces in Emmerdale next week. She is determined to nail it too, knowing how much her brother Aaron Dingle and his groom Robert Sugden have come through to get to this stage.

With the wedding plans going full steam ahead, there are just days left and Robert and Aaron are looking forward to their joint stag night.

But Liv is feeling the pressure as she has her speech to write. Seeing that she is finding it hard, Robert intervenes and offers her words of encouragement.

Of course, fans know that Liv needn’t worry as it’s technically writer Maxine Alderton who will be penning the words straight from the teenager’s heart – so we just know the dialogue will be perfect given the self confessed Robron fan’s previous work on the couples’ biggest episodes.

And viewers haven’t much longer to wait before they find out what Liv’s speech says and what the rest of the big day entails.

It’s a day that’s bound to be bittersweet as it will be tinged with sadness due to Chas Dingle going into labour to give birth to a baby she knows she is going to lose.

Will Chas and Paddy be able to face the wedding after their tragedy?

Roseanne Barr to be killed off ‘by opioid overdose’ after racist tweets controversy

Roseanne revealed she is to be killed off her own show by a opioid overdose.

Which is just really ruddy grim, innit.

The comedian – who faced intense backlash earlier this year after racist tweets, which saw her show axed – revealed details on how her titular character will go out after it was announced she would die on the spinoff of the main-running show.

Chatting on Brandon Straka’s Walk Away, she gave away the massive spoiler this week, after referencing the pill addiction storyline from last season.

Now, if this is all true and not some brilliant publicity stunt to drum up viewers, it seemed showrunners were keen on the idea for Roseanne spinoff The Conners.

ROSEANNE - ABC's "Roseanne" stars Ames McNamara as Mark, Sara Gilbert as Darlene Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie Harris, Emma Kenney as Harris Conner, Jayden Rey as Mary, Roseanne Barr as Roseanne Conner, Michael Fishman as D.J. Conner, John Goodman as Dan Conner, Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner, and Sarah Chalke as Andrea. (Robert Trachtenberg/ABC via Getty Images)
Roseanne was axed earlier this year (Picture: Disney ABC Television Group)

Her show Roseanne got the chop by network bosses just hours after she posted a racist tweet about former Barack Obama aide Valerie Jarrett tweeting: ‘Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby,’ with the initials ‘vj’.

The Conners was borne from that controversy, however it was then decided to just kill off the character altogether, keeping other members of the OG cast – we guess they weren’t too keen on having to answer the question of ‘Where’s Roseanne’ any other way.

Still, the woman is said to be looking for an overseas move to avoid any further controversy, perhaps, voicing her plans to hightail it out of the US.

During an interview with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, for his podcast, she revealed she will be leaving the US for the foreseeable future.

‘I have an opportunity to go to Israel for a few months and study with my favourite teachers over there, and that’s where I’m going to go and probably move somewhere there and study with my favourite teachers,’ she explained.

But Roseanne vowed she has no bad feelings towards the new show, or anyone starring in it.

‘I’m not going to curse it or bless it,’ she continued. ‘I’m staying neutral. That’s what I do. I’m staying neutral. I’m staying away from it.

‘Not wishing bad on anyone and I don’t wish good for my enemies. I don’t. I can’t. I just stay neutral. That’s what I gotta do.’

Roseanne was revived in March, before it was cancelled in May, only to then be revived once more with the spinoff – however, now it really does seem its main character and family matriarch won’t be around.

Hailey Baldwin denied that she and Justin Bieber got hitched after they were pictured picking up a marriage license.

However, her uncle Alec Baldwin has a different idea about what went down.

The 30 Rock star has claimed Hailey and Justin did get married, although he admitted he doesn’t know ‘what the deal is’.

The 60-year-old actor, whose brother is Hailey’s dad Stephen, was at the Emmy Awards when he made the claim.

Speaking to Access, Alec said: ‘They just went off and got married and I don’t know what the deal is. We text Hailey every now and then.

‘We met him one time.’

And when asked what advice he would give his new nephew-in-law, the actor said: ‘Keep working … don’t stop working.’

Justin, 24, and Hailey, 21, were pictured last week attending a New York courthouse to apply for a marriage license – with reports claiming the couple actually got married soon after.

However, Hailey hit back at those reports, saying in a now-deleted tweet: ‘I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!’

The couple got engaged two months ago (Picture: Splash)

The couple’s marriage license is only in date for 60 days, so the wedding would have to be in the next two months – but according to Alec, they didn’t even wait that long.

Justin popped the question to his model girlfriend two months ago, shortly after his split from on again/off again girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The could-be-newlyweds have been smooching all over London after Hailey jetted over to attend London Fashion Week, and they certainly look like they’re in the honeymoon period.

Meanwhile, Justin is believed to have applied for American citizenship, while keeping his Canadian citizenship.

The Ontario-born singer has lived in the States since he was 13, when he moved to Atlanta.

Metro.co.uk has contacted Justin and Hailey’s reps for comment.

Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star reveals she’s not wearing bra during winners’ speech and it’s a real mood

Alex Borstein may have won the Emmys as she revealed she wasn’t wearing a bra when she accepted her Award for Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

It’s a real mood.

The actress, who plays Susie Myerson in the series, won Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy and took to the stage at the Microsoft Theatre in LA on Monday evening to raucous applause from the star-studded crowd.

But that wasn’t before the 47-year-old actress took off the top layer of her fancy gown – which she’d earlier revealed was her wedding gown from 20 years ago – to reveal a grey slip, and nothing more.

Well this is, er, marvellous (Picture: Rex Features)

It was that in which she accepted the award like a boss.

‘I went without the bra. What a platform,’ the award winner said, as the crowd laughed.

Little did many know that dress was actually her wedding gown, worn two decades earlier, when marrying former husband Jackson Douglas.

Alex Borstein takes off a top layer of her dress before appearing on stage to accept the award for outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series for "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" at the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Chatting with Glamour on the red carpet on the way in, she said: ‘The marriage didn’t last but the dress did and I wanted to give it new life so now it’s my Emmys dress. That’s the truth.’

Also seemingly a little miffed at how the other star women in the room were using the theatre’s restrooms, she used her time onstage accepting her award not thanking the multitude of people award-winners usually do, but with a bathroom PSA.

‘Ladies, when you use a public restroom, sit down,’ she said, hopefully jokingly. ‘If you sit, we can all sit. Stop peeing on the seat.’

She did, however, take a minute to get mushy for the sake of her family as she shared a heartfelt mention to thank them.

‘My family. You are everything. My father, you are the only man who has ever truly loved and taken care of me, thank you for that,’ she said.

She beat out tough competition to take the crown, or the statuette, rather, pipping Zazie Beetz (Atlanta), Betty Gilpin (GLOW), Laurie Metcalf (Roseanne), Aidy Bryant (Saturday Night Live), Leslie Jones (Saturday Night Live), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live) and Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) to the post.

Marvelous Mrs. Maisel won a total of five Emmys during the live show, with creator Amy Sherman-Palladino making history as the first woman to win both the best comedy writing and best comedy directing awards.

Happy Days! The Fonz and Richie reunite as Henry Winkler wins first ever Emmy at 72

It was Happy Days down at the Microsoft Theatre in LA.

An incredible reunion happened 34 years after the hit sitcom came off air – The Fonz and Richie back together.

It’s times like these we can be thankful for social media, otherwise we might never have seen the beautiful moment take place when the two TV best friends reunited.

Henry Winkler played Arthur Fonzarelli, AKA Fonzie, and Ron Howard played his wholesome pal Richie in the show that ran from 1974-1984.

Henry uploaded a snap of the moment, captioned: ‘Pals at the Emmys.’

While that was a big enough event to have happened during the evening, the night got even bigger for Henry.

The 72-year-old actor won his first ever Emmy, having been nominated three times four decades ago for Happy Days but never having won.

He’s now been awarded for best supporting actor in a comedy series for his role in HBO show Barry playing acting coach Gene Cosineau.

As he took to the stage to accept the award, he confessed he’d waited a long time to give his speech, reading the one he wrote over forty years ago.

‘Okay, I wrote this 43 years ago,’ he told the audience, before excitedly telling them: ‘If you stay at it long enough, the chips come to you. Tonight I got to clear the table.’

He also gave a nod to his children, all now adults, at the end of his decades old speech, when he joked: ‘[To my] kids – Zed, Zoe, and Max – you can go to bed now, Daddy won!’

Elsewhere on the night, Game of Thrones and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel cleaned up, while Stranger Things and Handmaid’s Tale were snubbed

Instead, in the year it became the most nominated series in the Emmys 70 year history, Game of Thrones celebrated with another two prizes for Outstanding drama and Best Supporting actor for Peter Dinklage – who now ties with Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul for the most trophies ever.

‘Thank you, Dave [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] for changing my life. I cannot walk down the street anymore,’ Dinklage enthused while accepting his third Emmy.

‘But you are honestly the most talented, amazing people I know, besides my wife, Erica, who I think I forgot to thank a couple of years ago. So thank you, Erica, for putting up with me. ‘I’m very temperamental and I love you very much.’

Dinklage also gave a little hint of what to expect from the next series at the star-studded bash, telling fans the final season will be the ‘greatest TV season ever’.

However, while fans might have been buoyed by that news, hearts sank when George R. R. Martin confessed it needn’t have been the last season at all, as he has enough material for another five series.

‘We could have gone to 11,12,13 seasons,’ Martin told Variety on the star-studded red carpet.

‘David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] have been saying for like five seasons that seven seasons is all they would go,’ he continued. ‘We got them to go to eight but not any more than that.’

7 Holby City spoilers: Hanssen, Gaskell and Roxanna’s student days revealed in flashbacks

Hanssen worries about Roxanna (Picture: BBC)

It’s another remarkable episode of Holby City tonight (written by lead writer Andy Bayliss) as extended flashbacks take us back to 1987 and the student days of Henrik Hanssen, Roxanna Macmillan and John Gaskell. We find out their ambitions and the secrets that bound them so closely together.

In the present day, Roxanna is fighting for her life after suffering a serious head injury in last week’s car crash. Professor Gaskell needs to operate on her to save her life. Meanwhile, Meena feels guilty that she was driving the car that hit Roxanna. Here are all the spoilers to look out for:

Hanssen Holby-c5bd
When Henrik met Roxanna (Picture: BBC)

1. If you ever wondered what Henrik Hanssen looked like as a student, you need wonder no longer. Harley Viveash plays him alongside Michael Winder as Gaskell and Isabella Marshall as Roxanna, as we see them as idealistic, ambitious, driven students in Boston in 1987. There are great performances from all three, but Viveash stands out as he nails Hanssen’s mannerisms and speech patterns.

2. In the present day, Roxanna is rushed into the hospital with bleeding on her brain. Hanssen is terrified that she’s going to die, but Gaskell assures him she’s in safe hands. As Hanssen waits for news he finds a box of equipment in Roxanna’s desk and learns that she’s had other things secretly sent to room 220. Will he work out what she was doing there and what led up to the accident?

young Gaskell Holby-5c4e
A young John Gaskell (Picture: BBC)

3. Through flashbacks we find out the secrets that have held Gaskell, Hanssen and Roxanna together for over thirty years. We discover their loyalties and their vulnerabilities and the aspects of their personalities that have led them to be the people they are now.

4. Hanssen is understandably nervous about letting Gaskell operate on Roxanna, but Gaskell insists that surgery is the only option. Will the Professor manage to save their old friend?

5. Meena is feeling guilty about the accident, but she has another reason for worrying about Roxanna. She shares the information she has with Zav – but what should they do next, and who should they confide in?

6. 1987 is recaptured in all its dubious glory, and you’ll get to relive some of your favourite songs of the period as we see Roxanna, Hanssen and Gaskell in their younger days.

7. The ending will leave you with either a tear in your eye or a shiver down your spine – or (if you’re anything like me) – both.

Sue Haasler is the author of the official Holby City book, which you can read about here. She also writes novels and there’s more about her latest here.

Susanna Reid is in stitches over Piers Morgan’s very frisky Brexit talk: ‘I don’t like a hard out!’

Piers Morgan is television’s own brand of Marmite, and his double act with the ever-embattled Susanna Reid is part of that.

But it seems that even Piers proved too much for his Good Morning Britain co-star as he cracked off some decidedly frisky Brexit jokes.

Talking about his preference for a ’pleasingly smooth and rhythmically out’, he had his 47-year-old co-star in fits of giggles.

Yes, today over our cornflakes we learnt that Piers doesn’t like a ‘hard out’ – straight from the horse’s mouth.

Piers and Susanne Reid GMB (Picture: ITV)
Sometimes it’s just far too early for Brexit and Piers, right Susanna? (Picture: ITV)

Having enjoyed some early morning banter about the previous day’s foul-up which saw Piers, 53, leave the GMB studio in a huff, Susanna inadvertently kicked-off the friskiness during a segment on Brexit, saying: ‘I thought you might need cheering up today after storming off in a grump yesterday.’

Responding to her, a passionate Piers replied: ‘I don’t like being cut off and I don’t like the viewer’s being cut off either.

‘Neither do I,’ quipped a woman who knows all too well what it feels like to be cut off all the time.

Seemingly not hearing her quip, Piers added: ‘So… this new hard out thing we have. I don’t like it.’

Sometime it’s hard to keep a straight face with Piers talking about hard topics (Picture: ITV)

Giggling at what she’d just heard, Susanna squealed: ‘Can’t we call it something else?’

‘That’s what they call it, a hard out,’ Piers replied.

‘It just sounds a bit Brexit-y,’ giggled Susanna nervously.

Maybe just make sure everyone else is in on the joke next time? (Picture: ITV)

To which her co-star replied: ‘I don’t like a hard out, I like soft out. I like it to be a pleasing smooth and rhythmically out.’

Well, it was all too much for Susanna who collapsed into giggles, while Richard Arnold and Charlotte Hawkins smiled politely and looked on in bemusement.

Fortunately for Susanna and everyone at home Piers didn’t continue with his ‘Brexit talk’ and moved onto the next news topic, which was a link to Ranvir Singh outside parliament.

GMB airs Monday – Friday from 6:00am on ITV.

Everyone is obsessed with Sandra Oh’s family as they steal the Emmy Awards

BGUK_1340504 - ** RIGHTS: WORLDWIDE EXCEPT IN UNITED STATES ** Los Angeles, CA - The 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards opens with a sketch about solving diversity issues in Hollywood. The We Solved It opening skit featured a host of stars who sang and danced about diversity and how Hollywood claims to have fixed it. Stars that took part in the sketch included Sterling K Brown, Keenan Thompson, Ricky Martin, John Legend, Ru Paul, Sandra Oh, Kristen Bell and Kate McKinnon. The sketch poked fun at how Hollywood until recently was run by white middle aged men - and then took a shot at Harvey Weinstein as they sang: "We banished every creep who broke the law," before adding even the ones enjoying time in an 'Arizona spa' - a reference to Weinstein seeking rehab in the Arizona desert. "Congratulations all around," the group of actors then sang, "And do us all a favor: Pat yourself on the back but don???t touch your neighbor," as SNL's Aidy Bryant cozied up to This Is Us' Milo Ventimiglia who pretended to be worried as he mouthed: "Help me!" *BACKGRID DOES NOT CLAIM ANY COPYRIGHT OR LICENSE IN THE ATTACHED MATERIAL. Sandra Oh’s family may actually be the ultimate legends of this year’s Emmy Awards.

The Canadian actress’ parents accompanied her down the red carpet and sat with her during the awards ceremony at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles overnight, and the whole thing is just bursting with cuteness.

Sandra, 47, was nominated for Outstanding Lead actor in a Drama Series, being the first Asian woman in history to get a nod in that category…ever.

The star was nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama category (Picture: Invision)

And it was an achievement not lost on her family, as her parents – whom were introduced by Sandra as ‘Mr. and Mrs. Oh’ – were not shy in sharing their pride to interviewers.

The Ohs beamed as they held onto their daughter, before the matriarch grabbed the Grey’s Anatomy star and gave her a big kiss for the cameras as they spoke to Variety.

Oh god, we’re melting over here.

Punters watching from home were treated to repeat doses of adorable as every time the camera swept past the family’s seats, her parents were seen grinning from ear to ear.

Either they were beside themselves for their daughter’s big night, or they’d just spotted Alex Borstein take to the stage and declare she wasn’t wearing a bra. We can’t be sure.

Still, it was a moment not lost on viewers as they took to social media to delight over the display.

Others were just really, really angry the star didn’t win for her role in Killing Eve.

That glory went to Claire Foy.

The actress was nominated for her role as MI-6 agent Eve Polastri in critically acclaimed series, Killing Eve, but lost out to Claire, who took out the category for her role as Queen Elizabeth II in The Crown.

Alongside a whole bunch of Internet dwellers, evidently, even Claire was surprised by her win, name-dropping Sandra in the process.

‘This wasn’t supposed to happen,’ Foy said collecting her first Emmy. ‘Sandra Oh, I just love ya.’

Sandra has been nominated now for six Emmys, no wins, after she was nominated five times for Outstanding Supporting actor in a Drama for her role as the beloved Christina Yang on medical drama Grey’s Anatomy.

Next year, make this happen, people!

Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly’s diss tracks were produced by the same person

Eminem and MGK’s songs are more linked than you think (Picture: Rex/Getty)

The Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly feud has rap fans transfixed thanks to the constant back and forth between the pair.

Firstly, Machine Gun Kelly, 28, called Eminem’s daughter Hailie ‘hot as fuck’ and accused the Lose Yourself rapper of getting him banned from outlets.

Then Eminem, 45, fired shots at MGK on his new album Kamikaze in the tracks The Ringer and Not Alike. Then, MGK hit back with his epic diss track Rap Devil, produced to slate his rival.

Then, Eminem retaliated with his own diss track, Killshot the artwork of which MGK wore on a t-shirt at a recent show.

Got it? Good.

But now, there’s a hint of conspiracy around the whole beef, as it has emerged the same person produced the diss tracks on both sides.

Ronald Spence Jr, better known as Ronny J, is listed as a writer and producer of both The Ringer and Not Alike on Kamikaze.

In The Ringer, Eminem – real name Marshall Mathers III – raps: ‘So finger-bang, chicken wang, MGK, Igg’ Azae’/ Lil Pump, Lil Xan imitate Lil Wayne/ I should aim at everybody in the game, pick a name.’

And in Not Alike, he goes in even harder on MGK (real name Richard Colson Baker): ‘Now you wanna come and fuck with me, huh?/This little cock-sucker, he must be feeling himself/He wants to keep up His tough demeanour, so he does a feature/Decides to team up with Nina/But next time you don’t gotta use Tech N9ne if you wanna come at me with a sub-machine gun/And I’m talking to you but you already know who the fuck you are, Kelly/I don’t use sublims and sure as fuck don’t sneak-diss/But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie.’

However, just after the release of Kamikaze, Ronny J switched sides and produced Rap Devil – the song in which MGK raps: ‘Still can’t cover up the fact the last four albums as bad as your selfie.’

Some rap fans reckon this is a little bit fishy, with one person tweeting: ‘How come Ronny J was a lyricist for both diss?🤔 comon admit it, there is a collab on the way [sic].’

Interestingly enough, Ronny J also produced Bhad Bhabie’s Hi Bich – the song Not Alike was accused of ripping off. Who produced Not Alike? Ronny J.

It’s a small world after all.

Benedict Cumberbatch and his wife Sophie Hunter are thought to be expecting their third child.

The happy couple made an appearance at the 70th Emmy Awards on Monday night, at which Sophie hid her blossoming baby bump under a sunshine yellow shift gown, while Benedict couldn’t keep the smile off his face.

The news, via E!, comes 18 months after the pair welcomed their second child, son Hal Auden; Hal was the Shakespearean nickname given to Henry V.

Sophie gave birth to the baby boy on 3 March at the luxury Portland Hospital in London, where a room could set you back £1,200 a night.

They welcomed their first child, a boy named Christopher, in June 2015, four months after they married on Valentine’s Day.

Benedict, 41, has previously spoken of how being a father has helped his career.

‘Lots of people, especially women, get told, “Oh parenthood is really going to affect your career” – and it does, but for the better I think,’ he said.

‘I know I’m in a very privileged position in my career but I think everyone, even if they’re in a challenging time in their life, draws strength from their children. They are your inspiration. It adds to your work, it never takes away.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Benedict for comment.

Comedian Hannah Gadsby managed to turn her minute and a half Emmy presenting speech into the most successful minute and a half of the night.

The 40-year-old managed to shoe-horn a mini stand-up routine into her brief slot and basically won the whole show with her hilarity, ending up with calls for her to host the entire do next year.

Hannah was presenting the award for outstanding directing for a drama series when she cracked out the self-deprecating jokes, taking down all men at the same time.

‘Well this is…not normal,’ she opened. ‘The world’s gone a bit crazy. For somebody like me, a nobody from nowhere: gets this sweet gig, free suit and new boots…. just because I don’t like men.

‘Just jokes, fellas, calm down,; she went on. ‘Hashtag #NotAllMen… but a lot of them.’

She added: ‘It is just jokes, but what are jokes these days? Nobody knows. Nobody knows what jokes are, especially not men.

‘Am I right fellas?’

‘That’s why I’m presenting alone,’ she finished to an auditorium full of laughter.

As far as Twitter was concerned, she absolutely slayed, with her slot being dubbed the funniest moment of the whole show.

Fans even said she outdid the two hosts, Colin Jost and Michael Che.

Hannah even won over a new legion of fans who said that until her epic on stage moment they’d had no idea who she was.

No doubt the number of streams on her Netflix show Nanette will shoot through the roof after that little triumph.

GOT7 are growing in confidence (Picture: Getty)

K-pop boy band GOT7 released their new album Present: You on 17 September and reckon that it will dominate the latter half of 2018.

Present: You contains 16 songs including the carrier track Lullaby, which GOT7 recorded in four languages – Korean, Chinese, English and Spanish.

In addition, there are solo tracks by JB, Jackson, Mark, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom.

According to Jackson, Present: You will be a ‘hit of 2018’s latter half’.

JB described Lullaby as a song with faster tempo containing ‘sweet lyrics saying ‘all you say comes to me as a lullaby,’’ according to Yonhap News.

GOT7, Jinyoung said, started making the ‘new album new album while we were on the tour, which let us feel the love and care our fans across the world give to us.’

‘They love songs in Korean, but we thought it important to communicate with them in their own languages,” he said.

From May to August this year, GOT7 held their Eye on You tour in Asia, Europe, North America and South America including the US, France, Canada, Thailand and Singapore.

‘It was marvelous that (GOT7) is loved worldwide despite the differences in language and background. I was proud of (my band),’ said Yugyeom.

Of the four versions of Lullaby, JB said ‘Spanish was the most difficult language. So we had to check every pronunciation with our (assistant) and pay great care.’

Upon its release, Present: You topped iTunes Top Albums charts in 25 countries and regions including Finland, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Hong Kong, Thailand, New Zealand and Norway.

GOT7 debuted in 2014 and said that they are much more confident now than they were in the beginning.

‘Our confidence is based on our efforts. In the past, we were very aware of our shortcomings. But this time, as mature artists, we wanted to showcase our confidence,’ said Jinyoung.

JB explained that ‘I think we gained some peace of mind over the five years of our career. I’m not sure if there was a particular motivation behind it, but I guess we’ve grown through our activities.’

Game Of Thrones star Peter Dinklage equalled a record set by Aaron Paul with his latest win at the Emmys.

The 49-year-old actor bagged Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for the third time at this year’s ceremony, for his role as Tyrion Lannister in Game Of Thrones.

While any award victory is a precious moment, it was made extra special by equalling Aaron Paul’s winning record in the category, who also scored three awards for playing Breaking Bad’s Jesse Pinkman.

Dinklage’s win also saw him triumph over co-star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister), who thanked during his speech.

‘Thank you to my brother from another mother, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau,’ Dinklage said. ‘I love you, and I share this with you because you are an amazing handsome brother.’

He also thanked Game Of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss, adding: ‘Thank you, Dave and Dan for changing my life. I cannot walk down the street anymore.

‘But you are honestly the most talented, amazing people I know, besides my wife, Erica, who I think I forgot to thank a couple of years ago. So thank you, Erica, for putting up with me.

‘I’m very temperamental and I love you very much.’

Dinklage has also become the most nominated actor in Emmys history, securing seven nods in total.

Along with Coster-Waldau, Joseph Fiennes (The Handmaid’s Tale), David Harbour (Stranger Things), Mandy Patinkin (Homeland), and Matt Smith (The Crown) were also gunning for the award.

Mac Miller fans were left outraged on Monday night when the 2018 Emmys failed to include the late rapper in their In Memoriam segment.

Despite the inclusion of other celebrities who passed in the last 12 months, including Aretha Franklin, Hugh Hefner and the late Republican politician John McCain, Mac’s name and picture did not make an appearance.

As well as being an accomplished rapper and producer, Mac had starred in his own MTV reality show, Mac Miller And The Most Dope Family, which ran in 2013 and 2014.

‘Can’t believe that Mac Miller was not included in the emmys memorium for people lost this year when many singers/songwriters were included (sic),’ tweeted one fan while another suggested it was ‘sad that The #Emmys did not honor @MacMiller alongside the other artists and influential figures who have passed this year.’

Mac died of an apparent overdose on 7 September, and according to TMZ, friends came over to Mac’s San Fernando Valley home on Thursday night to hang out, and they stayed until the early hours of the morning.

Mac’s body was found at around noon on Friday by a friend who then made the emergency call.

The dispatch call came in as ‘cardiac arrest’ as it is thought the friend did not realise Mac was already dead.

Sources told TMZ that police officers found traces of white powder in the house, but believe the place was wiped clean of any drugs or paraphernalia.

The star’s cause of death has not been determined, as the coroner is awaiting results from the toxicology report, which will likely take between four to six weeks.

Mac had struggled with substance abuse, previously admitting he battled an addiction to lean or purple drank – a mixture of promethazine and codeine.

After his death, a host of stars have paid tribute to Mac, including his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande and Elton John.

Ariana’s brother Frankie Grande credited the rising star with helping him get sober, writing on Instagram: ‘I am beyond heartbroken over Malcolm’s death. He was a good friend and was wonderful to my sister.

‘He was the reason I went to the rehabilitation center where I was detoxed safely from all of the drugs alcohol and medications I was taking, when I couldn’t imagine living without them.’

Jodie hopes her landmark casting in Doctor Who could pave the way for change in the rest of the industry (Picture: BBC)

She’s the first woman to take on the lead role in the BBC’s iconic TV series Doctor Who.

And it seems that Jodie Whittaker hopes that her new role in the previously male dominated world of Time Lords will help pave the way for a woman taking over another role traditionally only held by a male actor, James Bond.

Speaking about her landmark casting as the lead in the Sci-fi series, the 36-year-old actress said it was ‘a moment of change’, but she added that it would be ‘depressing’ other famous franchises didn’t follow suit.

‘When I was growing up those characters didn’t look like us doing those things,’ she told Metro.co.uk when speaking about the likes of the Doctor and 007.

‘Those were the white guys running about saving the day, doing really cool stuff, and if you were lucky, when I was a kid, you may be clapped at the side and may be passed something to help the really heroic moment happen.

‘So to be in the moment of change for that is incredibly exciting, particularly because it’s in a world where it’s absolutely true of this character.’

And for those who are ready to rail against her new role and other possible new female leads, she added: ‘For us it’s 2018. Women are not a genre, we are just the other half of the population, so to see us doing things shouldn’t be such a surprise.’

The actress is due to take up her sonic screwdriver and charge out into time and space next month, becoming the thirteenth iteration of the last of the Time Lords.

And it seems that she’s leading a charge in the pay gap argument as well, as she also revealed that she’s not ‘being paid less than any other Doctor’.
