Actor Stephen Mangan is set to get in touch with his detective side after siging up to play Sherlock creator Arthur Conan Doyle in a new ITV drama.
The Episodes star will appear opposite House and Six Feet Under actor Michael Weston in Houdini and Doyle, described as a story of ‘real-life friends, real-life adversaries and real-life crime solvers’
Weston will star as escape artist Harry Houdini in the drama, which will see the pair teaming up to fight some ‘inexplicable crimes’ in Victorian London.
