In a lovely little surprise from the Glastonbury organisers, The Libertines appeared to play a set right before the Friday night headliners Florence And The Machine.
It’s the slot Florence would have filled if she hadn’t been bumped up the playing order, but The Libertines were snuck in after the Foo Fighters pulled out after Dave Grohl broke his leg.
The band ever so slightly gave the game away earlier in the day when Pete Doherty posted an Instagram snap confirming their performance. But plenty were still completely surprised.
Many fans were pretty thrilled to see the band.
