Glastonbury fans were so excited to see the Dalai Lama that they ended up singing Happy Birthday to him a week early and he even got a cake.
He joined Patti Smith on the Pyramid Stage where she presented him with a birthday cake and he got a rendition of Happy Birthday from the crowd.
Earlier in the day, the exiled Tibetan leader arrived to give a speech at the Kings Meadow about ‘love and tolerance and fairness’.
