Celebs should learn – Q&A’s on Twitter are not always a good thing.

In fact sometimes they can well and truly backfire, as E.L. James experienced this week.

While there may be many a die-hard fan seriously wanting to know what blogger Zoella first thought when her book got published, or if it’ll get made into a movie, many a non-fan decided it would be hilarious hijack the hashtag for lols. And they took it way, way too far.
