She gave birth to her daughter Matilda just under a week ago, and Helen Flanagan is making some positive lifestyle changes.
The former Coronation Street star, who ditched cigarettes while she was pregnant, has apparently decided to give up smoking for good.
Helen, 24, is said to have vowed to ‘never smoke another cig’ now that she’s a mum.
‘Becoming pregnant has completely changed her perspective,’ a source told the Daily Star.
‘Now Matilda has been born she doesn’t even want cigs in the house.’
The actress and her footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair, who’ve been together since 2009, are said be planning more kids already.

Helen and Scott are clearly enjoying being new parents and have shared several pictures of Matilda Jessica, who was born on June 29.
