Having already teased us with an image from the upcoming Victorian era special earlier this week, Sherlock fans were in for another treat as producers revealed a scene from the show at Comic-Con.
Even more exciting news was announced, as it was revealed that the episode will also be screened in cinemas around the globe at the same time as it is broadcast on TV.
The release of teaser images and scenes from the production is very similar to the release strategy of big Hollywood blockbuster movies, so its not really surprise to find Benedict Cumberbatch’s sleuth heading to the big screen.
Although Sherlock himself wasn’t able to make the event in San Diego, showrunner Steven Moffat was on hand to divulge a few more details to eager fans.
