Jeremy Clarkson may have found a loophole in the broadcasting ban that has but a spanner in the works of him developing a rival car show to Top Gear.
A clause in his BBC contract barred him from creating rival content with a competitor until 2017, which left his fans concerned that this could stop him moving forward with his own show alongside Richard Hammond and James May.
But, according to The Mirror, the presenter and his lawyers are toying with the option of developing the show via a U.S.A production company meaning that it could potentially air on ITV without issue.
