OITNB fan Samantha Gardella took a trip to the set of the Netflix drama after a local radio station revealed where the fourth season would be shot.
According to news site Lohud, the abandoned Rockland Children’s Psychiatric Center is used as a ‘stand-in’ for the show’s fictional prison.
Gardella, 19, lives only 30 minutes from the location, so she packed up her camera and went for a visit. She has been to the set three times so far.
Although she wasn’t supposed to be there, she did manage to capture some brilliant shots of where scenes from the show were filmed.
