The original game gave birth to modern survival horror, but this new reboot may be bad enough to send it to an early grave.
If you want to make sure your game never gets reviewed, or at least that the review is late enough not to interfere with launch sales, then the best idea is to release it at the same time as E3. We can certainly imagine why Atari would want to avoid any publicity for Alone in the Dark: Illumination, but what we can’t understand is why such an offensively awful game was ever released in the first place.
