We can’t help but feel for Jake Gyllenhaal after a recent appearance on a Spanish cookery show.
The actor – who is currently promoting new boxing flick Southpaw – joined Karla Martinez in the kitchen to prepare the Mexican dish tlacoyos con chicharrón, but the language barrier seemed to hinder his efforts.
As Karla spoke at a rapid pace, Jake awkwardly stood and watched, uttering a few ‘sís’, before having a go but it got even more cringe when she started wiping her hands across his apron, and lingering a little longer than necessary.
