Today marks the 5th anniversary of the first ever episode of Sherlock on BBC.
When the BBC aired A Study In Pink, not many expected it to be the hit it has since turned out to be.
Not only did the writing, fast-paced direction and humour set the show apart from other dramas, but the charisma of Sherlock himself Benedict Cumberbatch and his chemistry with co-star Martin Freeman’s John Watson, kept viewers tuning in year after frustratingly long year.
