Ed Sheeran has landed his first recurring TV role on FX’s upcoming medieval drama The Bastard Executioner.
It’s the first time fans of the redheaded singer will get to see his acting skills in full swing as he swaps penning love songs for the small screen in Kurt Sutter’s, who created Ed’s fave Sons Of Anarchy, new outing.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ed has signed up to play Sir Cormac, the ‘ambitious and deadly protégé of a high-ranking church elder’.
