BBC One’s Saturday night game show Prized Apart has been axed after just one series.
The Emma Willis-Reggie Yates fronted show featured pairs of contestants aiming to win £100,000 – with one of each pair answering questions in the studio while the other took part in challenges in a far-flung location.
However it didn’t prove too popular with Saturday night audiences – with an average of just 2.7m tuning in despite its prime time 7pm slot.
News of its demise was confirmed by a BBC spokeswoman, who told the Radio Times it would not be coming back.
