Bethesda has made it clear not to expect a follow-up to Skyrim any time soon, thanks to Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls Online.
Given how long it took for Fallout 4 to be announced this probably doesn’t come as any surprise, but Bethesda marketing exec Pete Hines has warned fans that even an announcement about a new Elder Scrolls is a long way off.
The reason, obviously, is that Bethesda Game Studios (the developer, who are completely different to Bethesda the publisher) are currently working on Fallout 4 and they only ever do one game at a time.
