Twelve years after the release of Finding Nemo Pixar are finally releasing a sequel focusing on Nemo’s BFF Dory – and Ellen DeGeneres is over the moon.
‘This is so exciting, for me … I can’t tell you, oh you do know,’ Ellen said at Disney’s D23 Expo in Los Angeles as she revealed that she has been begging Pixar for a sequel for years.
Finding Dory will see Dory reunite ‘with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way’, revealed director Andrew Stanton.
The little blue fish with her ‘Just keep swimming’ catchphrase is a fan favourite and so of course they took to social media to share their excitement.
