The fan remake of Resident Evil 2 is no longer happening, but it looks like Capcom has invited the developers to work with them.
This was probably inevitable all along, but doubly so as soon as Capcom announced its own official remake of Resident Evil 2.
But rather than slapping development team InvaderGames with a cease and desist order Capcom has instead invited them to come and discuss the game with the makers of the official remake.
