Late Emmerdale actress Kitty McGeever could end up saving lives even after her death as it has been revealed that she has donated her liver and corneas to medicine in a final act of kindness.
The star, the first blind actress to be cast in a full-time UK soap role, passed away on Sunday and tributes have been pouring in since the news broke.
Kitty, who played mischievous Lizzie Lakely in the ITV show, had been awaiting a kidney transplant before she died.
