It’s business time one again people because New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based, digi-bongo, acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo is headed for the silver screen.
That’s right, Flights Of The Conchords is going to get the Hollywood treatment as Jemaine Clement has confirmed that he and Bret McKenzie have written a script.
‘We have actually started writing one,’ Jemaine told Indiewire, ‘but who knows if it will ever be made, we’ve written some notes for some different film ideas.
‘We’re not down to the stage where we’re going, “The film is going to be like this,” it could be this, this, this, this, this.’
