Don’t you just hate it when you spend ages explaining to viewers at home how difficult it is to find a blue whale – as one surfaces in the water right behind you?
That’s the position this BBC wildlife presenter found himself in as he filmed an upcoming documentary entitled Big Blue Live.
As he expressed his frustration at finding it almost impossible to find one of the mammals, a blue whale utilised perfect comic timing by sending up a blow of water as he spoke, rendering him almost speechless.
