Marilyn Monroe looks set to hit the charts again 53 years after her death – with a little help from Timbaland.
The record producer has been given permission to use a never-before-heard sample of a track called Down Boy from the hit 1953 film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.
Marilyn fan Jack Allen owns the rights to the track but told The Sun: ‘This is a beautiful song. Timbaland is working with it in the studio, so I can’t wait to see what happens.’
