British artist Conor Collins has taken Caitlyn Jenner’s death threats and hate mail and turned them into a stunning piece of art.
Using Caitlyn’s Vanity Fair cover as inspiration, Conor trawled Caitlyn’s Twitter mentions to find hate speech and hand-write them on to the canvas.
‘When I saw these I wanted to show them because it is a reality of what trans people experience every day,’ Conor revealed in a statement.
‘Caitlyn is making a difference to the trans community so I didn’t want to hide the darkness and persecution they face in my art piece. It just wouldn’t be fair.’
