A version of Namco’s Tekken spin-off Pokkén Tournament will be released on Wii U after all, but it won’t be out till after Christmas.
It’s best not to take anything for granted with Nintendo or The Pokemon Company, and although you’d assume a version of Pokkén Tournament for the Wii U was always a no-brainer it’s not even been mentioned before now.
The game isn’t a crossover as such, but a one-on-one fighter by the creators of Tekken. But although it’s being developed by Bandai Namco it won’t feature any Tekken characters, just pokémon.
