Khloe Kardashian has revealed the secret to her recent weight loss – but you might not like it.
The star took to Instagram to impart her latest health tip which is to drink a lot of water. Hardly groundbreaking, but Khloe appears to have credited it for helping her shed the pounds.
And she drinks a whopping six litres every day. So you better get your bladder prepped if you fancy following suit.
The star recently employed a nutritionist and has been spotted bearing a slimmer figure – not that she exactly needed to shift any weight before as far as we’re concerned.
Still, she is looking glowing and it’s all down to (fruit infused obvs) Adam’s ale.
