Rita Ora is receiving regular therapy sessions to help her cope with panic attacks brought on by her fear of dying.
The pop star is one of the four judges on this year’s X Factor and high up on the pop charts but underneath her glossy exterior she’s been hiding demons.
Speaking about her anxiety issues, Rita says she tries to see a therapist once a week to help her overcome her fears which have been with her since childhood.
‘Death is my biggest phobia,’ Rita admitted to The Sun. ‘I used to have panic attacks when I was little, saying, “Mum, I don’t want to die.” I’ve been to therapy and still try to go every week.’
