Long before Jacqueline Jossa took over the reigns of EastEnders’ moodiest teenager Lauren Branning, the character was played by young actress Madeline Duggan. You know what’s coming next, right?…
Yep, we’ve been up to our favourite pastime of digging through the archives and finding out how much a bunch of famous faces have changed. And after stumbling across Madeline’s Twitter account, it’s her turn.
Madeline, 21, played Lauren in the BBC One soap from the character’s introduction in 2006 until 2010 when she was axed by then-executive producer Bryan Kirkwood.
And five years on she’s practically unrecognisable.
