Kylie Jenner and Tyga are amongst a list of LA bigwigs chastised for reportedly going over their water allowance during one of California’s worst droughts.
Jenner is said to have violated the rules not once but twice this summer, with charges standing at $100 per offence (and $500 for a fourth offence).
The report, from the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, clocked people using more than their allotted water amount.
