The X Factor’s Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is considering legal action after her likeness was used to promote a video on an X-rated website.
Cheryl returned to our TV screens on Saturday as part of the all-new judging line-up on The X Factor however some viewers of naughtier TV channels have been watching videos called Cheryl Cole Fake Sex Video.
One video includes Cheryl’s head superimposed onto the body of an adult entertainer – and it has already had over 1,000,000 views.
