Bond author Anthony Horowitz has apologised after being branded a racist for suggesting Idris Elba was ‘too street’ to play 007.
Many suggested his comments had a racist tones after he told the Daily Mail that the British actor was not ‘suave’ enough to play the iconic MI6 spy.
The writer, who penned the latest Bond novel, took to Twitter to apologise for any offence.
