Having successfully presided over all the Marvel films in recent years, Kevin Feige will now report directly to Disney.
The studio bought Marvel in a deal worth billions in 2009, and has since scored major hits with a string of blockbusters. As the MCU has continued to grow, however, Feige has apparently been frustrated in overseeing the movies from page to screen by reporting to Marvel bosses.
Fiege will now have more control and will instead deal directly with Walt Disney Studios chairman Alan Horn.
