Rita Ora was reduced to tears during this weekend’s third episode of The X Factor as she couldn’t decide whether to send one particular singer through to the boot camp stage.
Dental nurse Shianne Phillips had performed a rendition of Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing but the judges were split – and Rita ended up with the deciding vote, leaving Shianne’s career in Rita’s emotional hands.
