When Billy Connolly was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, he wasn’t the only one he knew going through it.
The Scottish comedian has spoken about how his friend, the late Robin Williams, also suffered from the brain condition.
‘We were both angry about things,’ Billy, 72, said on Canadian radio. ‘For instance the guy who gave me the final diagnosis that I had Parkinson’s said it was incurable.
‘Now I think that is terrible; he should have said we have yet to find a cure … Leave me a little light on in the corner for Christ’s sake.’
