Ian McShane is one of high-profile new signings to Game of Thrones season 6 and now details have emerged of who he will be playing.
Or rather who he won’t be playing.
The Lovejoy star was previously linked to the roles of Randyll Tarly and Aeron Greyjoy but fan site Watchers on the Wall claims he will be portraying another character.
It will be a small but pivotal role with his character featuring in a scene with an outlaw band mentioned in a recent casting call.
