A robot said ‘f**k you’ to BBC Breakfast’s Charlie Stayt and Louise Minchin live on air

TV viewers had a bit of a giggle when a robot appeared to swear live on BBC Breakfast.

The show was coming to an end when Charlie Stayt introduced an artificially intelligent robot named Linda behind him.

Linda raised some eyebrows when it appeared to say ‘f**k you’ to Stayt and co-anchor Louise Minchin.

OK, so it was obviously trying to say ‘thank you’ but it sounded an awful lot like something ruder.

Or maybe it’s so clever that it made it seem like a mistake and a robot mutiny is just around the corner…..
