You know how when you go and watch a Pixar movie you buy out Boots’ entire stock of tissues and then sit through the film unable to hear anything over your ugly crying?
Well this new video from parody troupe Above Average explains that Pixar’s SadLab cracked the formula years ago to make certain that those tears hit you – and now they’re just working on making each film more and more heartbreaking.
‘This is the Pixar sad lab, we work on discovering new ways to make our audiences cry as much as possible… we try and make people sob so hard they lose their sh*t,’ explains one researcher.
