There have been numerous conspiracy theories over the years that Tupac faked his death, but the latest one is certainly intriguing.
A police officer has reportedly claimed from his deathbed that he was paid $1.5million to help the rapper fake his death back in 1996.
Tupac Shakur, also known as 2Pac, was famously shot at the age of 25 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. But officer David Myers has coming forward to say the rapper didn’t really die.
According to The Mirror, he said: ‘The world needs to know what I did. I’m ashamed that I let a price be put on my word and I cannot die without letting the world know.’
He allegedly claimed Suge Knight helped him, and the pair were just two of several in the know about the fake death. The officer also apparently claimed Tupac paid $50,000 for a body double to be cremated.
