Kesha has been forced to pull out of her upcoming spring tour after falling and injuring her knee on stage.
The singer took a nasty tumble during her show at RedFestDXB at the Media City Amphitheater and had emergency surgery immediately afterwards.
Kesha tore her ACL, a ligament in her knee, which will require further surgery and months of rehabilitation.
Breaking the bad news to fans, the 31-year-old wrote: ‘I’m heartbroken to be forced to postpone some of my upcoming international dates due to a recent injury I sustained while performing.
