The former Hollyoaks star opened up about her troubled relationship with Jeremy who she met on Celebrity Big Brother.
Last year Jeremy was found guilty of assaulting Stephanie, and was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison after he breached his community service order by flying to Turkey for a hair transplant and veneers. He was released on 27 December.
