Double Oscar-winner Robert De Niro has become the latest actor to walk out of a heated interview early.
The Taxi Driver star was doing the press rounds for his new comedy The Intern when an interview with Emma Brockes from the Radio Times went awry in cringe-worthy fashion.
Brockes asked the actor how he avoided going into autopilot on set, something that De Niro has been accused of repeatedly in recent years.
The focus of the interview moved onto Tribeca, the New York district that is home to De Niro’s film festival, with Brockes asking if the area had been overtaken by bankers.
