He famously dated Selena Gomez and has been linked to the likes of Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Miley Cyrus, now also hotly rumoured to be dating Hailey Baldwin.
The 21-year-old Beauty And A Beat singer and the daughter of Stephen and Kennya Baldwin have been romantically linked in the past but have always denied they are anything more than friends.
But their latest display splashing around in the sea in Miami together on a jet-ski, in which Hailey was clinging onto Bieber from behind as if he were her shield, paints the picture they are more than just pals.
Add to that a couple of cute Instagram selfies and anyone would be forgiven for not believing their protestations. Especially when one was captioned: ‘The one and only @haileybaldwin.’
