It’s official – after much speculation Nick Grimshaw has been confirmed as Louis Walsh’s replacement on The X Factor panel.
But the news that the Radio 1 DJ will be joining Simon Cowell, Cheryl F-V and fellow new recruit Rita Ora on the Saturday night staple has left many people looking a tad lost and puzzled.
