The BBC confirmed that Chris Evans will take over from Jeremy Clarkson for three years.
And he will be joined by a brand new line-up of hosts, meaning that Richard Hammond and James May are out as well.
Top Gear lovers, who might be averse to change, slammed the decision on Twitter and prematurely mourned the death of their favourite show.
