Former Love Island star Malin Andersson has shared an emotional exchange with a fan, in which she said that ‘no one understands the pain of losing a child’.
The 26-year-old took to Twitter to talk to fans on Monday, and expressed her heartache after the death of her first daughter in January.
‘My heart breaks for you. We lost our little girl before she was born at 41 weeks in February and she was born sleeping 5 days later,’ shared Georgie Hardy, one of Malin’s followerd on Twitter.
‘No body should ever so through this pain ❤️ I have stretch marks but they’re just a reminder of my girl.’
In reply, Malin said: ‘No one understands the pain of losing a child. It’s the heartache of carrying them for so long in your own body. Let her rest as an Angel now.’

Malin’s daughter Consy tragically died at one month old, after she was born seven weeks prematurely and, marking International Women’s Day, Malin urged her followers to embrace their bodies, as ‘all bodies have a story to tell’.
Malin then shared a poolside picture from Dubai, where she is holidaying, and in which she shared the details of her post-partum body.
Malin wrote: ‘Happy International Woman’s Day.. I’m out here in Dubai, and thought I’d share a pic of my postpartum body with you. Here you can see my loose skin and pouch where my scar is from my emergency c-section. My saggy boobs also which had milk in them!
‘I’m so proud to say my beautiful baby came out of me, and this is what I’m left with. No baby, just this beautiful scar to remind me.’
She continued: ‘Every body is beautiful. No matter what you look like. All our body’s have a story to tell. Wearing @nunude_official .. promoting positive body image [sic].’
Malin’s daughter with then-boyfriend Tom Kemp arrived on 23 December, and spent her short life in intensive care.
Sadly, she died on 22 January, with Malin breaking the devastating news on Instagram.
