The Shawshank Redemption has topped a poll to find Britain’s favourite film.
The inspirational prison drama, starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman, was voted number one in YouGov’s survey.
George Lucas’ first Star Wars film came in second place while Dirty Dancing was ranked third.
