It’s almost impossible to imagine a fan convention called Comic-Con without the likes of Thor, Tony Stark or The Hulk in attendance, but that’s just what is set to happen next month.
A highlight in the calendar for all comics, film, and science-fiction aficionados, this year will see a few surprising omissions when it comes to the big presentations.
As well as Marvel, home to all of the Avengers, Sony and Paramount have also decided to skip the upcoming event held in San Diego.
