The mother of two, whose real name is Deirdre Kelly, has launched her own fitness video on YouTube.
BeneFIT, a 12 minute clip featuring Dee, former Gladiator Rocket and DJ Foxy from Birmingham’s Free Radio has been uploaded onto YouTube and it’s absolutely hilarious.
Dee, who has apparently lost three stone in six months, and her exercise buddies are seen using ‘every day items found round the house’ for three work out routines.
