Amanda Holden’s mum has announced she’ll be joining her daughter on her upcoming charity skydive.
Judy Harrison called Amanda on her Heart Breakfast show this morning to share the news.
Judy, 69, joked to Amanda (and her co-host Jamie Theakston) she’s ‘gonna bring two pairs of knickers’ for the daring act.
‘What I do want, I want to choose the best man to go down with,’ joked Judy of her tandem skydive partner.
To this Amanda interrupted: ‘Dirty beast!’
Judy continued: ‘Well you have to be connected to one don’t you? To be able to get down. I want first dibs. It might be my last chance!’
Amanda and Judy’s skydive will take place next week and will raise money for Global’s Make Some Noise charity, helping disadvantaged children.
On this morning’s show, Amanda also discussed her shock that Paul Potts didn’t make it through to the finals of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions.
‘I was stunned by the voting,’ Amanda explained. ‘I said on Saturday, “Oh my God what about Paul Potts?”
‘I mean he is our first ever Britain’s Got Talent champion, he is an absolute trooper, he’s a gorgeous man, he’s very talented. But then you could never argue with people that are voting, do you know what I mean?’
Tune in to Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, weekdays from 6.30am.
