Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has teased the release of a new album next year.

Taylor has confirmed that the group has been working on new music and ‘should’ be dropping their 10^th studio album by 2020.

He said: ‘Well, from what I’ve heard from our fearless leader Dave Grohl, he has a lot of demos that he’s worked on and I think we’ll start, once this tour is over. This little UK-ish run.

‘I think not too soon after that we’ll start the process of putting the songs together as a band.

‘It’s a long process, we do a lot of demoing and stuff, but I think that we’ll have, I’m hoping, I think we’ll have a new record by next year. We should.’

The band, known for Everlong, is playing the upcoming Reading and Leeds festival, and much to fans’ excitement, will be playing ‘a lot’ of material from the debut self-titled album that was released in 1995.

Although lead singer Dave Grohl has been working on ‘a lot of demos’, the 47-year-old is keen to play Aurora and There Is Nothing Left To Lose.

Taylor added while on Rock Sound’s YouTube channel: ‘I wouldn’t mind playing Aurora, and I wouldn’t mind playing anything off the first record. Before I was in the band. I think we’ll do a lot of the first record.

‘The Reading and Leeds festivals are very important to the band.’

Meanwhile, Dave revealed the high possibility that Them Crooked Vultures – his group created with Led Zepellin’s John Paul Jones and Queen of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme – is getting back together.

He told the Guardian: ‘Technically we’re still a band. We practise once every decade, and we’re coming up on another decade aren’t we?

‘I don’t have any official news but there’s always something cooking.’

However, the multi-talented artist still struggles at the concept of working with a legendary star like John Paul Jones.

Dave said: ‘There are times when you’ve relaxed into a sofa and you’re not thinking about his time in Led Zeppelin.

‘Then you start playing and you’re immediately reminded that you are a musical speck compared to this man. It’s still hard to accept that I got to play in a band with that guy.’

Foo Fighters will be playing at Reading and Leeds festival over the 23-25 August weekend.

Demi Lovato has kicked off her 27th birthday celebrations with Ariana Grande in London.

Demi, who turns 27 on 20 August, was in the English capital with Ariana and manager Scooter Braun and took in Ari’s London show of her Sweetener world tour.

But Ari made sure they took a moment to celebrate Demi’s special day, treating her pal to cake and a loud ‘happy birthday’ group shout before heading out on stage.

Demi recently joined the Scooter professional family when she signed earlier in 2019.

‘I have dealt with bad people in the industry and Scooter is not one of them. He’s a good man,’ she wrote after Taylor Swift called music mogul Scooter buying her back catalogue of music the ‘worst case scenario’ for her, and accused him of bullying her after the mega-deal went down.

Jake Paul has been spotted hanging out with his ex-girlfriend Erika Costell and people are not happy about it in the slightest – especially his wife Tana Mongeau.

Bella retweeted the message and added: ‘While her family is going thru some s***… not a good look jake,’ with Tana liking the tweet.

Tana went on to appear on Bella’s Instagram Stories, giggling as she parodied Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next about her exes.

‘Thought I’d end up with Bella, yet it wasn’t a match,’ she sang. ‘Wrote some songs about Hunter, now I listen and laugh.

‘Even actually got married and for Jake I’m so thankful, except when he goes out to lunch with his ex and I find out on Twitter.’

Real talk though, it’s a bop.

Jake and Erika split back in November of last year after being together for just over six months. Jake went on to say he could ‘barely hold it together’ in a statement after the public break-up.

Jake and Tana started dating earlier this year, with the pair getting engaged on Tana’s 21st birthday after just two months of being together.

The couple tied the knot last month in a flashy Las Vegas ceremony and reception, with Tana explaining to Metro.co.uk that she knew Jake was the one because he brings out her ‘best self’.

With the FaceTime singer later explaining to fans on Twitter that she was dealing with a family emergency, and flying home to be with her loved ones in Las Vegas, Team 10’s Jake went on a pretty bizarre solo honeymoon with his big bro.

To make things all the more awkward, Tana’s also just released her wedding vlog, showing the pair in all their newlywed bliss.

Chris Hemsworth has taken his brother Liam to the beach for a day in the sun, however they both appear to be having starkly different days.

A week after it was announced he had split from wife Miley Cyrus, an apparently heartbroken Liam looked devastated during the friendly catch up with pals.

No hit of Byron Bay vitamin D was going to cheer up his spirits as he crouched down on the beach and appeared to look out to sea.

At times Liam, 29 – who was wearing a pair of simple black boardshorts – was seen in conversation however mostly he seemed disconnected from the group.

Standing with his arms crossed, he kept a straight face while his pals energetically gathered in a circle and chatted on the shoreline. It comes after Liam ‘extended his stay’ in the motherland as he dealt with the split.

He looked downright downcast and all we want to do is fly to Australia and give the guy a big hug. Apparently there are laws against that though, so we’ll just stay here and sympathise from a legally-sound distance.

Meanwhile, Thor actor Chris, 36, looked particularly chuffed to be back on the beach, after a whirlwind year filming and promoting his various films including Men In Black: International and Avengers: Endgame.

Keeping safe from the rays with a black cap, the Marvel star sported a massive grin as he got himself involved in the group and strutted around like he owned the sand (with a worth of $76million [£63million], he probably does).

It comes amid claims Chris was acting as a brilliant shoulder for his little brother in the wake of the separation.

‘Liam is really sad about the breakup,’ a source claimed to Us Weekly last week.

‘His family has been taking care of him, and he’s been leaning on Chris throughout his trip to Australia.’

Despite the glum beach day, Liam appeared to have no hard feelings and wished his ex-wife all the best as he broke his silence earlier in the week.

Jennifer Aniston has revealed the very strange way she stays looking young and we’re not sure how to feel about it.

The Friends actress and her co-star Courteney Cox take self-care very seriously by using the latest celebrity trend of infrared saunas.

Speaking to Shape, the 50-year-old said: ‘I have an infrared sauna that I fell in love with.

‘My friend Courteney Cox – you may know her – had a portable infrared sauna that you go into. It kind of looks like a little igloo.’

Courteney, 55, even bought a portable one so she could use it at any time with her friend.

Although the star, who recently appeared on The Morning Show, didn’t disclose what brand the portable sauna was, a single-person one by Oceanic Saunas costs £829.

The procedure involves sitting in an enclosed sauna and being blasted all over with infrared light, which apparently helps make your skin glow.

According to British Vogue, it even releases endorphins, increases circulation and relaxes your mind and muscles.

Other A-List celebrities have also been big fans of this ‘one can’t miss wellness ritual’, including Lady Gaga and Selena Gomez.

Lady Gaga posted a picture of herself on Instagram in 2016 using one of these saunas, captioning it: ‘When my body goes into a spasm one thing I find really helps is infrared sauna. I’ve invested in one. They come in a large box form as well as a low coffin-like form and even some like electric blankets!’

Jennifer seems to agree with the results, combining her ritual with healthy eating and lots of exercise.

The Murder Mystery actress said: ‘It’s such a game-changer in terms of your skin detoxification and cell rejuvenation. So that I do a couple times a week right after I do the gym. I’ve noticed a real change in my energy, and my sleep, and my skin.’

Jennifer also divulges in lazy Sunday’s but reserves it for ‘little mini facials’, which include facial scrubbing, masks, and an Aveeno overnight mask.

She added: ‘I think you have to have a nice amount of ‘me’ time – whatever it is.’

Kristen Stewart was pictured visiting a Los Angeles spa on Monday, leaving us wondering if she needed a relaxing massage as well after the trailer for new monster flick Underwater dropped.

Kristen, wearing a white crop top and black leggings, arrived at the spa on her own for a treatment (or maybe two) on the same day as the trailer for the new thriller was released.

Underwater stars Kristen, John Gallagher Jr and Vincent Cassel as a crew of underwater researchers who must scramble to safety after an earthquake devastates their subterranean laboratory.

But the researchers, who are seven miles under the ocean’s surface, realise that there may be a bigger concern than just getting help after the earthquake.

It’s a busy few months for the 29-year-old whose new film JT LeRoy is out now in UK cinemas while later in August fans will see her walk the red carpet at Venice Film Festival for the world premiere of Seberg.

Seberg tells the true story of a young FBI agent who is asked to investigate iconic actress Jean Seberg in the 1960s.

Joe Sugg has confirmed today that he will be joining the cast of the West End musical Waitress.

He announced the decision during an appearance on Radio 2 on Tuesday morning, speaking to presenter Amol Rajan.

The news comes after a successful year for the YouTuber, after reaching the final of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, as well as presenting the New Year’s Eve fireworks for the BBC in December.

He will be joining Lucie Jones, Marisha Wallace and Laura Baldwin, as well as various other actors when he steps onto the stage for the first time in just a few weeks.

Kit Harington has shut down a ‘c**p’ fan theory about the Night King on Game Of Thrones.

In episode three of season eight, fans were stunned to see Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) kill the Night King, ridding Westeros of his icy zombies.

Some viewers have suggested that it was actually Jon Snow (Harington) who egged her on and instructed her to carry out the heroic act.

But Kit is adamant that his character wasn’t involved.

Asked by The Hollywood Reporter if the idea was ‘flatly ridiculous’, the actor replied: ‘Yeah, come on. What, the big man goes and tells the little girl to go and [do it]?

‘No thanks. That’s c**p. She did it all on her own. It had nothing to do with Jon.’

He also recalled the shocking scene that saw Kit murder his lover Daenerys Targaryen as he feared she had become dangerous.

Kit revealed they spent three weeks filming the scene as they desperately wanted to get it right.

‘We felt a sense of responsibility over it. We shot the hell out of it. It was essentially a page and a half of dialogue, and we spent three weeks filming it. They wanted to shoot every conceivable angle, every way, to make sure they got it the way they wanted it,’ he added.

‘With a highly emotionally charged scene like that, it’s quite a lot, for everyone – the crew, me, and Emilia. It was tiring. It’s one of the hardest things we filmed.’

Despite admitting that he could see the season was heading towards Jon stabbing Daenerys, it was still a huge shock to him when it happened.

‘I was completely surprised by it even though you can kind of see the path through the season of how it was getting there – and even the previous couple of seasons before that, once you can look back,’ he continued. ‘But it was still a big shock to me.’

Paul is the only judge who has been on the show since its first series. The show moved from the BBC to Channel 4, losing a Mary Berry along the way.

Though it was considered a controversial move, Bake Off 2.0 proved to be more than a flash in the pan in for fans who devoured the new format.

And what Paul might be missing in Mary Berry, he more than makes up for in newfound friends Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig, who recently sang his praises amidst a bit of a troubled time for the silver fox.

Prue Leith

After replacing national treasure Mary Berry, many fans were initially questioning, ‘Prue do you think you are?’, but the 79-year-old proved to be the perfect serving.

Learning to cook at the Cordon Bleu, Prue’s career in cookery has been as wild, varied and layered as the creations the contestants whip up each week.

She opened her own restaurant, Leith’s, which eventually became a Michelin Star-awarded establishment, as well as launching the Leith’s School of Food and Wine.

For her contributions, she was awarded an OBE in 1989, and a CBE in 2010.

She’s been on the show since 2017, and has no intention of going anywhere yet – revealing she plans to match Mary Berry’s seven-year stint.

Taking over the presenting reins of a show is nothing new to Sandi – having replaced Stephen Fry as QI Quizmaster in 2016.

Comedian Chris Ramsey has revealed just how tasking his first day at rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing was in his latest Instagram post.

The funnyman joked that he was a ‘sweaty mess’ as he finally got the chance to learn some new moves ahead of the new series kicking off in just a few weeks.

Chris, 33, could be seen looking somewhat disheveled as he pulled a happy face at the camera.

‘Sweaty mess. But this is the most fun I’ve ever had on the first day of anything!’ he told fans in the caption.

And he couldn’t resist showing off his brand new dancing shoes with a fun boomerang video shared on his Instagram story.

The comedian’s post comes as this year’s competing celebs posed together for the first time in a behind-the-scenes look courtesy of Michelle Visage.

She was joined in the dance studio by fellow contestants such as Jamie Laing from Made In Chelsea, TV personality Anneka Rice, Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley and Chris. Michelle stood beaming between Chris and former footballer Alex Scott.

All of them were dressed comfortably in preparation for an intense day of training, which went incredibly well, according to the RuPaul’s Drag Race star.

In the caption, Michelle said: ‘DAY 1 of @bbcstrictly rehearsals and we smashed it!….. Kinda…… CAN’T WAIT FOR MORE! love you ALL!’ However that ‘kinda’ suggests they may have found getting to grips with ballroom dancing pretty tricky – as anyone who was doing it for the first time would.

Meanwhile, the pros have also been back in action, no doubt preparing something spectacular to show us when the show returns.

The celebs haven’t been given their professional dance partners yet, so they were likely just being walked through some simple steps in order to perform their first number as a group on launch night.

Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One later this year.

Robert Rinder – aka Judge Rinder – has slammed the cancellation of The Jeremy Kyle Show following the suicide of one of its guests.

Steve Dymond was found dead shortly after filming his appearance on the controversial daytime ITV chat show, where he failed a lie detector test accusing him of cheating on his ex-partner, Jane Callaghan.

For many, it was a long time coming. Not only was The Jeremy Kyle Show deemed offensive, but it also crossed the borders of barbarism.

Rinder, 41, has now found his own series, Judge Rinder, filling Jeremy Kyle’s void in the 9.25am slot on ITV every weekday, but the former Strictly Come Dancing star has insisted axing the talk show was ‘hypocritical’ and an attack on the classes.

‘It’s a tragedy, what happened, but I know the people who made the programme and they really cared about it,’ he told Radio Times.

‘I have a real problem with hypocrisy. I mind the fact that when you are middle class and you discuss your emotional life or your marriage on Instagram with shiny teeth and a degree of eloquence, you’re considered to be brave.

‘But if you’re from a socioeconomically challenged background you’re deemed not to have agency. So, I really mind it when some commentators describe people who were on the show as a feral underclass.’

Following The Jeremy Kyle’s Show axe, lie detectors have themselves been deemed untrustworthy and will unlikely find themselves on television again.

Kyle, 54, has kept a low profile since the end of his titular series, avoiding meeting with MPs to discuss what went wrong despite calls to stand before the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport committee.

Committee chairman Damian Collins confirmed Kyle’s decision and said: ‘We believe that Jeremy Kyle himself should be an important witness to that as the show is based around him as the lead presenter of it.’

‘We have sent an invitation to Mr Kyle through his representatives. And we have received word back from them that he has declined to appear in front of the committee on Tuesday next week.’

ITV clarified the reasoning behind The Jeremy Kyle’s Show cancellation in a statement after deleting all traces of the programme from YouTube and the ITV Hub.

‘The Jeremy Kyle Show has had a loyal audience and has been made by a dedicated production team for 14 years, but now is the right time for the show to end,’ they said.

‘Everyone at ITV’s thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of Steve Dymond. The previously announced review of the episode of the show is underway and will continue.

‘ITV will continue to work with Jeremy Kyle on other projects.’

Harry Styles is back – and not content with killing his fans with a brand new Rolling Stone cover but he’s also made an appearance in London in a pair of short shorts.

The 25-year-old was seen in Hampstead in London on 16 August grabbing coffee and lunch from a cafe in his brand new £120,000 Tesla Model X sports car.

Proving the British weather can never make its mind up, the star was in a pair of black shorts which he paired with a black hoodie that repped his 2018 tour.

But two years later it seems he’s turned things up a notch amid chatter around Harry’s next musical offering after he was seen shooting what appeared to be a music video in Mexico recently.

Katie Price may be forced to reassess her security settings after two superfans were able to gain access to her house while she wasn’t home.

The dedicated followers of Pricey were apparently set to meet with the former model after previously organising the meet and greet at her family home, however after she plum forgot about it they took matters into their own hands.

Which, we should add, we do not condone should you find yourself locked out of Katie’s mansion…

Realising they could fit through the mammoth dog flap that gives Katie’s extensive menagerie access to her Surrey abode, the superfans shimmied through and had free rein of her home.

Even though it slipped Katie’s mind she’d organised for the fans to visit – she does have a lot on her plate right now, what with her nightclub PAs and single releases – the pair decided instead of waiting outside or scheduling for another day they’d simply chill on the couch.

Of course the whole thing was documented on social media, with one image showing one of the fans making their way through the pet door, their legs dangling on the outside.

Once inside, they then hung out with Katie’s hairless cat and settled down in the living room for the night, according to The Sun.

A source said the fans messaged Katie after realising she’d left them high and dry, apparently leaving her mortified as to the oversight.

And calling a locksmith quick smart, we can only imagine.

‘Katie has a really good relationship with them and invited them over to hers,’ the insider continued.

‘But she forgot all about it and instead went to Kris’s house for the night – she felt terrible when they messaged to say they had arrived and she wasn’t there.

‘She was really shocked to discover they’d got into her house without a key but felt bad not being there after they’d travelled for so long to see her.’

That and now she’s going to have to amp security, as they continued: ‘Katie is annoyed she has to up security again if anyone can crawl through her dog flap!’

It comes just weeks after Katie showed off what her new guard dog Blade could do, as she constructed a mock-violent burglary at the home.

Perhaps Blade had the day off.

Katie Holmes appears to be shrugging off her split from Jamie Foxx as she was spotted smiling away while walking her dogs with daughter Suri Cruise.

Dog therapy looks to be exactly the right call.

Ever the doting mum, Katie looked deep in conversation with her 13-year-old daughter as the pair walked the adorable pups in New York City.

While Katie sported a casual look in jeans and a tee with her hair in a bun, the teenager rocked a brighter outfit as she went for a floral top and pink polka dot skirt.

Smiling away as she chatted to her little one, the 40-year-old didn’t appear to be paying her recent break-up any mind.

It was recently reported that she and former flame Jamie Foxx split several months ago, ending their relationship of six years.

Rumours of the break-up were sparked over the weekend when Jamie, 51, was pictured out partying with aspiring model and singer Sela Vave in Los Angeles while Katie remained in New York.

However, according to Page Six, the actress dined at La Esquina with friends on Saturday and allegedly told her gal pals: ‘What Jamie does is his business – we haven’t been together for months’.

The publication also claims to have spoken to Katie’s friend on the phone who allegedly revealed that the couple split in May, a few weeks after their joint appearance at the Met Gala.

E! News also claims to have word from sources that the pair ended their long-term romance in May.

Katie and Jamie walked the red carpet alone at the star-studded event in NYC but then posed for photos together inside the party, marking their first official outing together as a couple.

However, after the split, Katie appears to be taking extra time to focus on her daughter.

With Suri making us all feel incredibly old by turning 13, the Batman Begins star took her on a sweet outing to see Moulin Rouge.

Despite the pair having to wait in line, it didn’t seem to dampen their moods as they enjoyed their quality time together.

Terra Newell, the daughter of the woman featured in the Netflix series Dirty John, has spoken about life after her mother’s ordeal.

Dirty John has had viewers hooked, detailing the true story of Debra Newell, who fell for the seemingly perfect John Meehan after meeting him on a dating website in 2014.

Unknown to her, over time Meehan attempted to con and extort money out of her to fund his lifestyle and drug habit.

Things reached a horrifying climax when Meehan attempted to kidnap Terra in a car park. She stabbed him 13 times as she tried to escape.

In a new interview, Terra said she was ‘happy’ Meehan was dead as it meant she no longer had to live in fear.

She said: ‘He was attacking me because I was the person he was able to get after. He wanted to hurt my mum.’

Asked if she ‘commemorates’ the horrific incident, she said: ‘It’s something I actually celebrate because I am alive and I’m here today.

Obviously I had to live with him stalking my family and I. I smile because I’m not living in that fear. Many women are not living in that fear.

‘I’m honestly happy that he’s gone and I’m here. It was a hard journey but I’m still here today.’

Speaking on Tuesday’s This Morning, Terra said she has therapy once a week to overcome her post-traumatic stress disorder.

‘I’m also being an advocate for people, teaching them about red flags in relationships and abuse and PTSD, and what happens after,’ she added.

‘I feel like it’s the best blessing to have this experience even though it was difficult. It made things way better.’

Davina McCall might be one of the fittest celebs in the land but being able to power through an early morning workout doesn’t stop forgetful moments popping up on her.

The fitness advocate is nothing short of superhuman when it comes to her ability to motivate herself to exercise and keep fit all the time but the presenter also likes to share the moments when things don’t always run so smooth.

Davina, 51, took to Instagram after her spin class on Tuesday to reveal a little pickle she found herself in after her morning spin class.

‘Got more clothes on today. However, I left spin this morning and I forgot where I parked the car,’ she revealed before bursting into laughter.

‘Classic me’, she captioned the short clip as fans reacted to the situation.

‘Love you Davina keeping it real,’ one commented.

‘Haha. I had a similar experience after spin and forgot what road to turn down to get home!’ another fan wrote.

Luckily, it didn’t take Davina too much longer to find her vehicle and she posted a snap to update fans.

The day before saw the star showing off her abs as she revealed a new trick she is using for her spin workouts.

‘So me and Karen @faircloth8881 and Sarah hit spin @Spn.fit this morning. My first class in weeks,’ she explained. ‘So, I did something new this morning. Based on science. I had an espresso shot before class.

‘It was like doing a shot of tequila but instead of getting tipsy I got a fire in my belly and went like the clappers, it can cause fat cells 2 b used as an energy source as opposed 2 glycogen, and increases metabolism thus burning more calories throughout the day.’

She concluded: ‘Nutrition is complicated and often contradictory. But one thing is for sure. I worked out harder … so that’s a good thing.’
