Netflix has renewed its hit drama Atypical for a fourth and final season, it has been revealed.

The show stars Keir Gilchrist as Sam Gardner, a teen with autism spectrum disorder, and follows the trials and tribulations of him and his family.

The bittersweet news means Atypical will run for a total of 38 episodes when it wraps on the world-conquering streaming service in 2021.

Season four will be comprised of 10 episodes.

It will join a select group of shows to make it to four seasons and beyond on Netflix.

Many of its most popular, from Sense8’s two seasons to Love’s three seasons, didn’t make it quite as far.

The show also stars Jennifer Jason Leigh as Elsa Gardner, Sam’s mother.

Commenting on the news of the fourth season on Instagram, Atypical creator Robia Rashid said: ‘We did it! Atypical has been picked up for a fourth – and final – season. My heart is so full today. Grace & Frankie will be the longest-running Netflix show by episode count when it wraps next year.

Jennifer Lopez paid tribute to Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna through some creative nail art.

The pop star attended a special memorial service, called The Celebration of Life for Kobe & Gianna Bryant, at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday.

It was to honour the Los Angeles Lakers star, 41, and Gigi, 13, who both died in a helicopter crash last month along with seven others.

Ahead of the service, J-Lo tweeted a photo of her nails which included a thoughtful tribute to the pair.

Against a cream nail varnish, the numbers ‘2’ and ’24’ – Gianna and Kobe’s respective jersey numbers – were printed in gold on each index finger of her hands.

Her hands were wrapped around a white mug that had a gold letter J in the middle.

She captioned the photo ’24 & 2′ with purple and yellow heart emojis to reflect the LA Lakers colours.

Other famous faces at the memorial included Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Queen Latifah, LL Cool J, Gabrielle Union, Dwyane Wade and Steph Curry.

Those present saw performances from Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera, while Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, Jimmy Kimmel and Kobe’s widow Vanessa made speeches.

After being introduced by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, Vanessa remembered her husband and daughter in an incredibly emotional speech.

As she began to speak about her ‘sunshine’ Gianna, Vanessa broke down in tears. The audience broke into applause to encourage her to continue.

Talking about Gigi, she said: ‘She was always thoughtful, always kissed me good night and good morning.

‘She knew how much her kisses meant to me and she was so thoughtful. She was Daddy’s girl but I know she loved her Momma. She was one of my very best friends.’

Beyonce performed two of her songs, Halo and XO, which she said was one of Kobe’s favourites.

Love Island lovebirds Luke Mabbott and Demi Jones want to make sure their four-way friendship with Siânnise Fudge and Luke Trotman continues outside the villa.

Luke M and Luke T have become close since entering the show together, melting viewers’ hearts with their warm and genuine bromance.

Although the first ever winter series has come to an end, their friendship will not be going the same way, as Luke M and Demi have some big nights out planned with their fellow finalists.

When asked which couple is top of their list for a double date, Demi said: ‘Siânnise and Luke T absolutely. I want to go bar hopping and drinking cocktails.’

Speaking about his friendship with Luke T, Luke M explained: ‘We’re on exactly the same page. Even with family, our parents are both still happily married, previous relationships, everything’s the same.

‘He’s such a good laugh. He’s a genuine laugh – I don’t think I’ll ever meet another lad like him.’

And the pair, who finished third during Sunday night’s final, are planning on staying close to Siannise and Luke T for a long time yet – even at each other’s weddings.

Luke M said Luke T would ‘100 per cent’ be his best man, adding: ‘I’ll have a few – my brother and friends.’

His other half said: ‘I’ve already had this conversation with Siânnise for the other way around as well – I’ve said I’ll be your Maid of Honour and Luke M will be his best man.’

The first ever Love Island winter series was won by Paige Turley and Finley Tapp, with Siânnise and Luke T coming second, and Jess Gale and Ched Uzor finishing fourth.

Paige was given the tough task of deciding whether to share the £50,000 prize money with her man, which she of course did.

Finn shared that they would use the money on getting a flat in Manchester together.

Paige Turley and Finley Tapp are already talking marriage and have promised to set up Shaungha Phillips with a lad as they celebrated their winter Love Island win today.

The pair took home the crown of last couple standing, as well as £50,000, on Sunday night, after beating Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman.

Saying their win feels ‘surreal’ the couple are already looking to move in together and get a dog.

The kids move fast these days, don’t they?

‘I totally love Scotland. I’ve never had a reason to move away from it. I think Glasgow might be a bit rough for Finn. They’d eat him alive!’ Paige, 22, said of moving to Manchester with Finn, 20, after their win. ‘I think it would be a bit unfair of me to take him away from his comforts.’

She added of Shaughna moving in with them: ‘It’s got to happen – there’s three of us’, as Finn added: ‘I’m happy with that.’

He was then asked if he was going to set up the popular Islander, who was dumped after Callum picked Molly in Casa Amor: ‘I’m going to have to look. Shall I set her up with my single cousin?’

Paige replied: ‘Why have you not said this before? Then we can double date!’

The pair had viewers in tears in last night’s finale when they professed their love for one another, with Finn getting super emotional during their speeches.

However while it may have seen as quick for normal people who aren’t in the bubble that is Love Island to be saying the big L after a month, and apparently doing bits in the villa, Finn is already thinking about proposing, with Paige saying that is the only thing that could top being in the villa.

He said: ‘I’ve got an idea of how I would want to propose… I have thought about marriage with Paigey.’

Last night saw Paige and Finn defy the odds and bag the £50,000 prize fund after Luke T and ‘The Fudge’ appeared to have victory in the bag.

Bookies were shipping Luke and Siannise for gold with odds of 1-4 while Paige and Finn trailed behind with odds of 11-4. And then Finn sobbed as he told Paige he loved her and, let’s face it, we all followed suit and frantically voted for them to win.

Love Island airs on ITV2.

Siannise and Luke came second place in the Love Island final (Picture: ITV)

Despite being the fan favourites to take out winter Love Island on Sunday night, Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman lost out to Paige Turley and Finley Tapp – but no hard feelings at all.

Much like the winning couple, Siannise, 25, and Luke, 22, said their second place felt ‘surreal’ with the former saying she never expected to make it this far in the competition.

‘I never thought – especially considering my journey at the beginning – that I’d make it two weeks, let alone to the final,’ she said following the finale. ‘We are grateful to have made it that far and to have had all the support we’ve had.’

They expertly dodged the question asking if they thought they had a shot at winning, with Luke diplomatically saying: ‘I felt I’d already won being with Siannise!’

While fans were declaring a riot and a recount following Paige and Finn’s win, their mates were super happy for them.

‘They fully deserved it,’ Siannise said (with body language expert Judy James mentioning the moment she feels Siannise knew they’d take the crown…).

In response to the love he’d received along with his partner, Luke added: ‘It was surreal standing next to such a strong couple and for viewers to think you are as strong as them.’

Ahead of the final more than 2000 readers gave us their thoughts over who they think should be taking the crown on Sunday night – and Siannise and Luke T came out on top.

A whopping 48% of those who took part said they should be this year’s winner – followed by Finley Tapp and Paige Turley who held strong at 44%.

While it wasn’t meant to be for Siannise and Luke, who also declared their love for one another while on the show, they’ve revealed plans to live with one another – and dished on their future children.

Hey, can’t fault them on being prepared.

Luke said: ‘We know we can live with each other now because we’ve been together 24/7 for a month and we’re not sick of each other.’

On the subject of kids, the pair want four, with Siannise saying they’re both family-oriented, so it’s a no brainer they’ve spoken about it, we suppose.

She continued: ‘That’s why we are so connected as well because we have the same feelings about family. Kids are always something I’ve wanted and I know it is what Luke wants, too.’

Luke added: ‘We’ve said once we’re stable financially, and in our relationship, I think we’d do it.’

Siannise and Luke were together since day 18 and seemingly got stronger by the day – with their adorable romance starting with waving at each other as they lied in separate beds to dropping the L-bomb in their final date.

Having been given the approval by their in-laws as well after the emotional family reunion, the couple look set to make it last long term.

Love Island airs on ITV2.

How much would you pay? (pic: Wired)

The Tuesday Inbox tries to guess what the PlayStation 5’s secret feature is, as one reader admits he’s getting nowhere with Dreams.

To join in with the discussions yourself email gamecentral@ukmetro.co.uk

The generation after
With people speculating about the cost of the PlayStation 5 I can say right now that I won’t ever pay more than £400 for it, and that’s only if it’s the equivalent of the Pro version. I don’t say this to imply that Sony would be crazy to charge more for it or anything like that but I just cannot justify spending more just to be a day one early adopter.

Part of that is simply the money but part of it is also knowing that the hardware will probably be more prone to being faulty or in some way inferior to whatever is released a year or two later. Again, not Sony or anyone’s fault, I don’t know how you get round that, but I know I’m not spend £100 or so just for bragging rights. (Or maybe that’s because I know less people nowadays that would be interested in the brag?)

I used to be against but I can’t help but think that streaming would avoid all this problem if it was reliable by now. No need to spend anything on hardware or starting a new generation if all you’re doing is adding another subscription to the list. Hopefully the next generation after this launches will be a lot simpler affair (that Europe will end up getting four months after the US).
Coolsbane

Dreams shattered
I have been playing around with Dreams and I’m kind of in two minds about it. On the one hand it is an amazing thing they’ve built and it’s straight up unbelievable that they did it with less than 50 people. On the other hand though I… I think I’ve already given up any idea of actually making anything for it?

I admit this is totally my fault, and a combination of laziness and lack of time, but it’s just all too much work. I know you didn’t give it a score and it isn’t a game but somehow I though it would be more like LittleBigPlanet, even though I realise now that’s impossible because not being in 2D makes it much more complicated.

I’ve also struggled to find much of interest from other people. Or rather, I should say there’s tons of interesting stuff but not very much that’s really much fun to play. I know how that sounds, given I haven’t managed to contribute anything at all, but I kind of don’t know what to do with it all now. I don’t regret the money as it’ll obviously go on for years but I just don’t feel there’s anything I can do with it right now. And yes, I realise you said that in your review!
Ludwig

Speaking too early
I have no idea what this secret PlayStation 5 feature is but I’m very surprised it has leaked yet. Considering how terrible companies usually are at keeping secrets I would’ve expected that one to have been everywhere by now. Whatever it is Sony’s doing to keep a lid on things I wish others would do as well. Although I suppose Sony don’t have to worry about GAME releasing a photo of a ray-tracing T-shirt early or anything.

Can I also say it is shocking to me that it’s now nearly a year since the PlayStation 5 was announced. Whether the next gen comes out this year or not I think it’s pretty obvious that they started talking about it early and now that there’s problem, even if they are out of their control, the whole thing’s dragging on so long people are starting to get fed up of it.

I could well believe the console won’t be shown off till Tokyo Game Show now. I don’t see how it’s going to be next month with the coronavirus and the lack of advance warning. Thank god someone is threatening to release a new game next month, at last.

Product warning
I find it quite unsettling that GC didn’t feel an obligation to warn some uninformed gaming hobbyists about how appalling the Tiger handheld games really were. You can laughingly look back at the Spectrum days of basic gameplay but they were (and still are) actually playable. The Tiger games are a far more questionable definition of the adjective playable.

They were so irredeemably awful in nearly every single aspect that I can barely contemplate the notion that they deserve to be resurrected other than to resend them back to Gehenna. What’s even more mind-bogglingly mind boggling is that they released a headset called the R-Zone. I kid thee not GC, a headset! Around the same time as Nintendo’s truly awful Virtua Boy too. For those not well versed in the terrors of a creative void then seek it out on the Internet and shed a tear for a world in which such horror exists.

If anyone else was traumatized as a youngster then please join the #saynotoTiger movement and put an immediate end to this malicious evil.
Al Gore Rhythm
PS: For the love of god, a headset GC!

GC: We’ll be honest, we didn’t really remember those specific ones. Nor had we seen the R-Zone until now…

All good things…
I’m late to the party I know, but having bought a Switch and Zelda at launch I’ve only just started to play it in earnest with my five-year-old son. What an amazing game and being a lapsed gamer I haven’t felt so excited about a game in a long time.

We are only a about a third of the way through I think, one Divine Beast completed, all towers activated and most memories found. I’m already feeling sad at the thought it will end, albeit we’ve got lots to do still and I’m looking forward to the sequel. Has any other reader felt like this about a game, so early in and if so what was the game?
Imran

Three questions
Hi GC, a few questions for you today:

Firstly, is there any news on when The Stanley Parable Xbox One port is arriving?

(I thoroughly enjoyed it on PC and the chance to play it again with extra content and Xbox Achievements, I can’t pass up the opportunity.)

Secondly, has there been any talks of Tales Of Arise being delayed for the next generation of consoles or do you think it will still make it out for this set of consoles?

Lastly, have GC seen any of Wales Interactive’s upcoming FMV game The Complex?

(I really enjoyed their previous game Late Shift, despite its flaws, and I can’t wait to get stuck in to this, but I haven’t seen many previews so I worry it may be delayed, as last I heard it is due out end of March 2020.)

Great to see you guys keeping up the good work (as always!) and thanks for any info you can provide.
TheSpectre N8 (gamertag)
Currently playing: Shining Resonance Refrain, Final Fantasy 15, and Tales Of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (all Xbox One)

GC: The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe has been delayed until the middle of this year, but Tales Of Arise isn’t even that specific. We did have a preview for The Complex planned, but we confess we’d forgotten about it until now – we’ll try and see if we can get it sorted.

Nothing new
If you own a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC it truly blows my tiny little mind there’s gamers who say they’ve got nothing to play. The Switch I’d understand more, as most buy a Nintendo machine to play Nintendo exclusives and you could be wanting a bit there. But even after only three years the Switch has a really good catalogue of games if you were stuck for a Nintendo exclusive to play.

I’ve large back catalogue on my PlayStation 4 to play, which will take me years. I’ve no qualms about this as I’m happy to get to them when I get to them, especially as they will run on PlayStation 5. I have Game Pass and I’m focusing on getting my money’s worth out of that service. Just on that service I’m currently playing A Plague Tale: Innocence and want to enjoy before they leave the service Two Point Hospital and Wasteland Remastered (both released tomorrow), Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden, Remnant From the Ashes, Void Bastards, Wargroove, Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night, and Hellblade: Senua’s Scarifice. Ori And The Will Of The Wisps is in a few weeks too.

The triple-A drought ends next month with Nioh 2 and Doom Eternal and Resident Evil 3 not long after. So that should take the edge off for some, but there’s so many other stinking games to play I honestly do a double take when someone says they’ve nothing to play. Really nothing, out of all the games, nothing, not one, hhmmmm.

The pernicious psychology used in games for services, etc. has been a recent topic. Jim Sterling’s got a good vid on it and I genuinely wonder if some are disproportionately focused on the new as it brings with it hype, excitement, and other heightening effects. I’m no psychologist and not suggesting gamers who say they’ve nothing to play are dangerously addicted to the legitimate excitement something new brings.

But I can’t help feel someone who says there’s nothing to play just hasn’t looked very far or wide and might be a bit too focused on the new. It might just be that someone has very specific tastes that are not being catered for, which is fair enough but I think there’s is something about large chunks of society in general obsessing about the latest and supposedly greatest.
Simundo

GC: Nobody has said they have nothing to play. Some people have complained that no major new games have been released for an unusually long time, which is true. We’re not sure why people keep misrepresenting this complaint.

Fake news
It’s been great fun reading the Inbox lately, mainly due to the conjecture on if the next gen will release on time. People are dying, and all they can worry about is if their Christmas will be ruined. Console launches are a mixed back anyway. Which gets me nicely into the next topic. My favourite console launch has to be the PSP. The ability to play PlayStation 2 type games on the go was a game-changer when it launched. It seems crazy now that we have the Switch handheld, but the PSP flew off the shelves and everyone had one. I’m still picking up games for the system in 2020, which brings me to my backlog.

My backlog of games is staggering. I have games for the PlayStation 2, PSP, Game Boy Advance, Xbox 360, 3DS, and Switch, which I still have not had a chance to play. What the hell: chuck in Zelda: Twilight Princess for the GameCube as well. The current lull in games for 2020 is a god send as I can slowly chip away at some of these games that have been gathering dust for all these years. The backlog is only going to get worse once the next gen consoles launch, as I can then go and pick up a PlayStation 4 dirt cheap and stockpile some games that I have missed.

Bit of a digression, but I have always been a Pro Evo guy, but seeing as the Switch doesn’t have the greatest football game of all time, I reluctantly bought FIFA 18. Got into the game, found the Ultimate Team mode, played a few games and was really liking it. Tried to play the next game but was told that I needed a team rating of 80 to play it. Tried tinkering the team to accommodate this and then stopped when I couldn’t. Then it clicked. I would have to spend some money to proceed. Now I know what all the fuss about microtransactions were. It basically means I bought half a game. I won’t be buying another FIFA.
GTH

GC: Everyone in the Inbox that has mentioned the coronavirus, and its possible effect on the next gen, has been very careful not to trivialise the issue. We’re not sure why you’re pretending otherwise. And unless you live in Japan we’d hardly describe the PSP as ever having flown off shelves.

This week’s Hot Topic
The question for this weekend’s Inbox was suggested by reader Hammeriron, who asks what’s your favourite online multiplayer game?

It can be any game on any format, regardless of whether it also has single-player or offline components. What is it about the game you like so much and how much have you played it? Has the game been running for a long time and if so when did you start and how regularly do you return to it?

In general, how much do you enjoy other online multiplayer titles and is your favourite a one-off of just one of many similar games? If it’s part of a series how often do you buy new entries in the franchise and if it’s unlike your normal taste in games why do you think that is?

Love Island winner Paige Turley won’t be giving her ex-boyfriend Lewis Capaldi a cut of her £25k prize money as she’s insisted there won’t be any left after she’s paid off her debts.

The singer, who recently stormed the Brit Awards 2020 with two gongs, joked last month that he deserves some of her winnings as he was the reason she nabbed a spot on the ITV2 dating programme.

However, Paige made it clear that she won’t be sharing it as she’ll quickly burn through the lot, and said: ‘That’s just Lewis, it comes as no surprise he said that.

‘But I can’t give him any money because once I pay off my debts there’ll be nothing left.’

Paige, who won Love Island with boyfriend Finley Tapp, also addressed Lewis’ comments that his song Someone You Loved wasn’t written about her but about his late nan.

She continued to The Sun: ‘Lewis has never told me what the songs were about so if he said it was about his nan, then it was.’

Back in January, Lewis spoke out on his ex-girlfriend entering the winter edition of Love Island, and while he wishes he had a heads up, he is supporting Paige all the way.

Speaking on The Edge in New Zealand, the 23-year-old said: ‘I’ve known her for years. 18 when we first met, 19 when we started going out, 20 when we finished going out. It was very amicable, the split.’

He added: ‘The prize is like 50 grand. I’ll be like, “well, listen… they asked you to go on it, right… I’m not saying I’m the reason. But also, slide me two grand”.’

Love Island is set to return to ITV2 in the summer.

Paris Hilton has absolutely no regrets about ending her engagement to Chris Zylka.

The reality TV star was proposed to in January 2018, and then later pushed back their November wedding date. However she ended up calling the whole thing off, and Paris told Cosmopolitan that as far as she is concerned it was a good move.

Speaking about the breakdown of the relationship in the new interview, Paris confessed it wasn’t a ‘difficult decision’ to walk away.

‘It was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life,’ she said.

‘I just don’t think [he] was the right person and I feel like I’m an incredible woman and I deserve someone so amazing. It just didn’t feel right.

‘I’ve worked way too hard to just give my life to someone. They have to be perfect.’

The 39-year-old is loving the single life and doesn’t want to be ‘controlled’ by anyone.

Paris explained: ‘It feels good to not have someone controlling me. With dating certain people, [there’s the risk of] not trusting them and the fear [that] if I go out of town they might do something to embarrass me.

‘I feel lucky now to not have that fear because I’m independent.’

In one dramatic shot she poses in a ruffled bright pink dress, twirling the beautiful skirt around.

Continuing the pink theme, she later reclines next to a lake in pale pink hotpants, pink heels and a knitted purple top.

And she gets into boss lady mode for the cover, wearing a bejewelled co-ord suit and going topless under the blazer.

Filming for the new Mission: Impossible movie has been halted amid the coronavirus outbreak in Italy.

Actor Tom Cruise and the rest of the cast and crew had been scheduled to film scenes for the latest installment of the blockbuster action franchise in Venice over the next three weeks.

But Paramount Pictures has announced their decision to halt production due to health and safety measures.

In a statement, the studio announced: ‘During this hiatus we want to be mindful of the concerns of the crew and are allowing them to return home until production starts.

‘We will continue to monitor this situation, and work alongside health and government officials as it evolves.’

A source claims Tom, 57, flew over to the UK after the studio pushed back the filming schedule.

They told The Sun: ‘There have been meetings with officials but they’re clear that, as far as they are concerned, there is a serious risk in the area, especially where large numbers are gathered — and this is a huge set.

Tom Cruise
The actor is reprising his role as Ethan Hunt in the blockbuster franchise (Picture: Rex Features )

‘Halting this is extremely expensive but there’s no way anybody involved would take the risk of staying put.

‘The withdrawal is underway, starting with some of the big names taking private jets out as quickly as possible.’

They added: ‘Many of the team are doing the same… It’s a frightening time.’

Mission: Impossible 7 will see Tom reprise his role as agent Ethan Hunt, alongside Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson and Vanessa Kirby.

Other celebrities have spent time in Italy recently due to Milan Fashion Week. Model Bella Hadid walked in several shows for top designer brands and flew out of Milan wearing a face mask after the number of Covid-19 cases rose.

It has so far claimed seven lives in Italy with more than 100 cases reported in the northern regions of Lombardy and Veneto.

Giorgio Armani was also forced to make a major change to their 4pm showcase and decided to instead stream the show online without an audience.

Mission: Impossible 7 is set for release on 23 July 2021.

Seann William Scott has been cast in a leading role of the US remake of much-loved BBC sitcom, This Country.

As Kurtan and Kerry Mucklowe’s adventures in the Cotswolds come to an end this season, writers and stars Daisy May and Charlie Cooper have sold the rights to the mockumentary over to Bridesmaids creator Paul Feig for a US version.

With the leading characters renamed Kelly and Shrub Mallet as its transplanted to rural Ohio, America, Seann will be playing Father Joe – their version of the Vicar.

His role is described as ‘doing the best he can with what he’s can, a community leader in the town of Flatch, and a father figure to Kelly and Shrub’.

‘He tries really hard to remain calm, and although these two often test his patience, he is resolved to stay an optimist and a role model,’ Deadline states.

In the UK version, Reverend Francis Seaton, aka just The Vicar, is played by Paul Chahidi as timid, well-meaning and quiet – which is a million miles from Seann’s most well-known roles.

This Country Vicar

The US star had his first stint as a leading man on television on action series Lethal Weapon, replacing Clayne Crawford after he was fired.

But to most, he is still best known as the loud and sex-crazed teen Stifler in 1999 teen comedy American Pie.

So we’re very curious to see what this means for his role as the new Vicar.

Daisy May and Charlie, who created the original series as well as starring as Kerry and Kurtan, will remain connected to the new series as executive producers.

This Country airs Mondays on BBC Three and BBC One.

Love Island’s Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague arrive in London in style after celebrating Tyson Fury’s victory

Love Island’s Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague turned comfort to luxury as they arrived at Heathrow Airport in designer gear.

The couple showed us how it’s done as they snapped back to reality after supporting Tommy’s heavyweight champion brother Tyson Fury at his victorious boxing match in Las Vegas.

Molly-Mae rocked her Gucci sweatpants, Balenciaga sneakers and Palm Angels jacket as the two rolled their endless Louis Vuitton bags through the airport.

Meanwhile, her 20-year-old boyfriend focused on aeroplane comfort as he sported Gucci slides and a Louis Vuitton fanny pack.

He made sure to wear a hoodie ‘Gypsy King’ written on the back to support his victorious older brother.

The adorable duo spent their time in Las Vegas celebrating Tyson’s boxing win against Deontay Wilder so the flight back must have been all about catching up on z’s.

Molly and Tommy had been cheering Tyson on ringside and toasted to his win the morning after the fight at the New York, New York hotel.

She was seen giving Tyson a smooch on his cheek as he turned up to celebrate, while Tommy made sure to toast his win, as the champ celebrated with plenty of beers.

Taking to Instagram, Molly told fans she was on ‘cloud nine’ after the big fight and said it had been the ‘best night ever’.

It definitely drew in a celebrity crowd, with Leonardo DiCaprio going incognito to watch Tyson in action and Liam Payne sitting ringside, before then performing with Steve Aoki at an after-party held at Hakkasan nightclub.

While Molly and Tommy were having the time of their life as they spent time with his family in Vegas, there was no sign of an engagement ring – after Tommy teased he’d be popping the question.

Apparently, Tommy said he’d propose to girlfriend Molly if Tyson won his fight against Wilder.

Tyson was crowned winner, so does that mean we can expect to see Tommy getting down on one knee soon?

Sources told The Sun: ‘Tommy’s serious about Molly and think proposing in Vegas surrounded by family will be the perfect time. He’s of the mind only to do it in Vegas if his brother Tyson wins his fight against Deontay Wilder.’

Love Island finalists Jess Gale and Ched Uzor might be making plans to live together now they are out of the villa, and might ask Jess’ twin Eve to join them in their new pad.

Jess and Ched, who finished fourth on this year’s Love Island, are thinking about going official, but want to try living together to see if they can go the distance as a couple.

Jess, who is at university, and Eve currently live together, and Jess doesn’t want to leave her sister on her own.

She explained: ‘Me and Eve live in a flat together in London. So for me to move somewhere with Ched it would mean Eve is alone and I don’t want to make Eve alone… Unless Ched was to move in with me and Eve.

‘We haven’t really spoken about this yet!’

And her man is all for the living arrangement.

‘I wouldn’t really mind to be fair living with both of them – What I saw of Eve I get on with Eve as well. It would be easy to live with both of them,’ he said.

But he might come to regret that as Jess is insisting she won’t muck in with the housework much as she focuses on her career.

‘I like being busy and doing my own thing. Definitely I never want to be giving up my career for a guy,’ Jess explained.

‘I don’t want to be a housewife and I’ve been letting Ched know that – he knows! Obviously I pull my weight when it’s needed.’

Eve, also a former islander, met Ched while her sister was still on the series, and her seal of approval helped Jess to become more confident in their relationship.

She said: ‘I always knew Eve would like Ched.

‘It’s just weird how me and Eve are so close on the outside world and I’d always get Eve’s approval.

‘I’m so close with Ched and Eve hadn’t even met him. That was a bit weird for me! Then it was nice when Eve gave me that reassurance. She said “he’s so nice, you really get along.” To hear that from Eve was so special.’

Her boyfriend on the other hand wasn’t at all worried about what Eve would think of him.

‘I’m not a bad guy, I don’t see any reason why she wouldn’t like me,’ Ched said.

‘I’m not horrible to Jess. I treat her how she’s meant to be treated.’

Kaley Cuoco looks concerned as she hails a taxi on the set of The Flight Attendant

Kaley Cuoco has been spotted on the set of new HBO Max series The Flight Attendant almost a year after The Big Bang Theory wrapped – and we’re psyched to see her in action.

The 34-year-old actress was seen looking concerned as she took a phone call before hailing a cab on location in New York City for the upcoming show, where she plays the main character Cassie Bowden.

Dressed in jeans, a stripey top and a checkered coat, Kaley walked down the street while speaking on the phone with a shocked expression painted on her face.

She was then seen flagging down a yellow taxi before jumping in and taking off.

While The Flight Attendant hasn’t yet been given a release date yet, it’s expected to premiere on HBO Max later this year, with Kaley starring alongside her younger sister.

The upcoming series is based on the New York Times best-selling novel of the same name by Chris Bohjalia, about a woman whose life changes in one night.

Kaley is not only producing the new show, but she is also starring in it as Cassie, who wakes up in her hotel room hungover from the night before.

A nightmare then strikes when Cassie realises there’s a dead body next to her and she knows the guy – but not how he died. She panics, and the story spirals from there.

Last week, Kaley opened up about the struggles of filming The Flight Attendant and revealed how different it is to shooting The Big Bang Theory.

In an episode of A Cup of Cuoco, uploaded to her Instagram account, she said: ‘I have been so in awe of this production, not just the Flight Attendant, not specifically because I am in it but everything that goes into making this thing work is crazy.

‘Going from a sitcom to this, it is night and day, a completely different schedule, different jobs, a different workload.

‘Obviously a sitcom takes on their own ordeal, this though you’re dealing with…I am wearing more hats in this I am seeing so many more things, the camera department, sound design, everyone on set, these are long hours for this crew.’

The Flight Attendant is expected to land on HBO Max later this year.

Margot Robbie celebrates ‘victory’ as Harvey Weinstein is found guilty in rape trial

Margot Robbie has welcomed Harvey Weinstein’s conviction after the disgraced Hollywood mogul was found guilty in a landmark rape trial.

Weinstein, 67, was convicted on two out of five counts of sexual assault – criminal sexual act in the first degree and rape in the third degree against two women – following a lengthy trial in New York City.

Oscar-nominated actress Margot has broken her silence after news of the guilty verdict was delivered on Monday and shared a cartoon version of Weinstein in her Instagram stories with the word ‘guilty’ written by his head.

The 29-year-old also said: ‘Today’s guilty verdicts in the Weinstein trial are a testament to the bravery and resilience of the #SilenceBreakers, and a victory for survivors everywhere.

‘This is just the beginning. Join @TIMESUPNOW’s fight for safety, equity & justice in every workplace: Text COURAGE to 306-44.’

Margot had previously addressed the large number of sexual misconduct allegations against Weinstein. In 2017, the Wolf Of Wall Street actress applauded her friend, Cara Delevingne, for coming forward with her allegations against Weinstein.

At the time, Margot told Entertainment Tonight: ‘Cara is a dear friend of mine and I already knew she was a fierce, brave woman. Today just proved that again.

‘I think the whole situation is so disturbing and sad but I think the conversation surrounding it, hopefully, good comes out of it. The fact that the conversation is so prevalent and so many woman are so bravely coming forward, I think the culture has to change. It cannot be ignored anymore.’

Actress and activist Rose McGowan, who has been one of Weinstein’s most outspoken accusers, also celebrated the verdict.

‘Today is a powerful day. And a huge step forward in collective healing,’ she wrote in a social media post.

Weinstein now faces up to 29 years in prison (Picture: Starmax/PA Images)

She later spoke to Variety and said: ‘20 years ago I decided to come after Weinstein because I’d heard about him doing this to someone else, and then I heard him doing it to someone else, and someone else.

‘Every one of us who has come forward, we have a name, we have a history, we have a life, we are more than Weinstein. But today, because of the brave women, who bared their deepest hurt for the world to see, he’s in Rikers Island.

‘For once he won’t be sitting comfortably. For once he will know what it’s like to have power wrapped around his neck. Today is not a referendum on #MeToo, this is taking out the trash.’

A judge ordered Weinstein to be jailed immediately after his conviction. He’ll remain in custody until his 11 March sentencing. He faces up to 29 years in prison.

Harvey Weinstein to appeal against sexual assault conviction after being rushed to hospital

Harvey Weinstein avoided immediate jail time for his sexual assault and rape conviction after being rushed to the hospital.

The disgraced producer was found guilty of a first-degree criminal sex act and a third-degree rape by a jury in New York City on Monday 24 February in the landmark trial that sparked the #MeToo movement.

The jury of seven men and five women found him not guilty on the most serious charge, predatory sexual assault, which could have resulted in a life sentence for the rapist.

After leaving the Criminal Courts Building in handcuffs, Weinstein complained of pains while sitting in the ambulance on the way to Rikers Island.

According to Deadline, the medic decided that the convicted sexual predator needed greater professional treatment at Bellevue Hospital in New York City.

He apparently had been suffering heart palpitations and high blood pressure, a source told the publication.

Harvey had pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting Mimi Haleyi in 2006 and raping aspiring actress Jessica Mann in 2013 and will appeal against the sexual assault convictions.

The 67-year-old’s defense team have said they will ‘absolutely be appealing’ the verdict in the hopes of getting it overturned, despite being found not guilty on the most serious charge of predatory sexual assault.

Weinstein’s lead attorney Donna Rotunno told The Hollywood Reporter: ‘Obviously, this is a bittersweet day. We are disappointed. We knew we came in and we were down 35-0 on the day that we started this trial.

‘The jurors came in knowing everything they could know about this case. We couldn’t find a juror who had never heard of Harvey Weinstein. [We will] absolutely be appealing [the verdict]. The fight is not over.’

Six women testified against Harvey during his trial including Annabella Sciorra, Miriam Haley, Tarale Wulff, Jessica Mann, Dawn Dunning, and Lauren Young.

A judge ordered Weinstein to be jailed immediately after his conviction. He’ll remain in custody until his 11 March sentencing.

He faces up to 29 years in prison.

In Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi’s closing statement, she branded him an ‘abusive rapist’ and a ‘predator’, saying: ‘When Harvey Weinstein met the witnesses, he looked quite different than he does today.

‘They were scared. They felt isolated and they were alone.’

Doctor Who’s Jodie Whittaker has revealed that she deliberately ‘forgot’ her lines during the audition phases for the show as she read for the first time with her co-stars.

The actress, who has been playing the Thirteenth Doctor for two seasons so far, admitted in a new interview with Mandip Gill, who plays Yaz, that she’d picked up a sneaky trick or two that helped actors get used to each other.

Speaking in this week’s Radio Times ahead of Sunday’s series finale, Mandip remembered the first time they auditioned together, and said: ‘The great thing was, you didn’t know your lines!’

‘I did that on purpose,’ Jodie then admitted, explaining: ‘It’s so intimidating when the other actor knows all their lines, but there’s meant to be room for playing and having fun.

‘I knew you’d be more comfortable if I wasn’t overly prepared.’

Thankfully it worked, and now the pair are joking that they’re constantly in contact even when they’re away from the set.

Let’s just hope that kind of bond will come in as useful for their characters as much as it did them when the show reaches its dramatic conclusion this Sunday.

The season 12 finale is promising to be all sorts of trouble with a lot of questions waiting to be answered – and lives of the Doctor’s pals possibly hanging in the balance.

With the return of The Master and the rise of the Cybermen, it doesn’t look good for the time-traveller, Yaz, Ryan (Tosin Cole) and Graham (Bradley Walsh).

Will they all be able to make it out alive?

The full interview is available in this week’s Radio Times, out now.

Doctor Who’s series finale airs Sunday at 7.10pm on BBC One.

Nick Jonas clashes with John Legend as he debuts as The Voice coach

Nick Jonas has made his debut as a coach on the US version of The Voice and certainly got off to a flying start after clashing with John Legend.

The Jonas Brothers star replaced outgoing star Gwen Stefani, and it was an eventful episode all around for the Sucker hitmaker, as he got blocked from attempting to add soul singer Nelson Cade III to his team thanks to a sneaky John.

‘You got blocked!’ fellow coach Kelly Clarkson laughed as Nick was clearly fuming.

‘How dare you!’ he told the All of Me singer. ‘We’re going to talk later, John…’

To twist the knife in even more, John even sang a line of Nick’s iconic bop Jealous to really hit the point home.

Oh no – we smell a catfight. It’s like Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on American Idol all over again.

Nelson Cade III was in the enviable position of being fought over (Picture: NBC)

This made the whole thing worse for Nick as he admitted that Cade could very well win the whole competition.

Appearing alongside long-time staples Blake Shelton and Kelly, it seems the youngest Jo Bro certainly got into the spirit of things as all four coaches turned for an act three times in the premiere episode.

The night wasn’t all bad for the 27-year-old though as he did add the very first member to his team in the form of songwriter Tate Brusa, who elected to join the pop star’s club after wooing all four judges with a cover of Ed Sheeran’s hit Perfect.

Nick sealed the deal after duetting with the contestant and giving the teenager advice over how to sing when your voice is breaking.

To make it even sweeter as well, it seemed that John wanted to make amends to Nick over their bad blood – even telling the 16-year-old singer-songwriter to pick the Jealous singer over Blake.

We love an olive branch!

The Voice airs on NBC in the US.

Doctor Who fans can rejoice as it looks as though the sci-fi hit isn’t going to disappear any time soon.

After the current Time Lord, Jodie Whittaker, revealed she’s doing another series, BBC drama controller Piers Wenger confirmed the news that the show is here to stay.

During an event on Monday, in London, the mogul addressed the programme’s future, despite its drop in ratings.

‘I worked on Doctor Who myself and produced it for many years and I can honestly say I don’t think it’s been in better health editorially,’ he said: ‘The production values have never been better.’

Wenger continued to Deadline: ‘It’s an incredibly important show for young audiences, it’s still watched by families in a world where there are fewer shows that have the power to do that.

‘It will always be an important show for us and we’re a very long way from wanting to rest it.’

More than 4.9million viewers tuned in on New Year’s Day for the latest installment, however, this has since dropped to an all-time low seeing Sunday’s episode reach 3.7 million.

But that hasn’t put off the leading lady, who insists she will be back around for another season.

Jodie was announced as the Thirteenth Doctor back in 2017, and the first female Time Lord, which was a pivotal moment for the British television show.

And it seems she’s eager to continue her reign.

‘I’m doing another season,’ she spilled to Entertainment Weekly. ‘That might be a massive exclusive that I’m not supposed to say.

‘But it’s unhelpful for me to say [I don’t know] because it would be a massive lie.’

Naturally, the time will come when the star will give up her place as the Doctor to another fortunate actor, no doubt leaving the TARDIS in very safe hands.

‘I absolutely adore it. At some point, these shoes are going to be handed on, but it’s not yet. I’m clinging on tight,’ she added.

The Doctor Who series finale The Timeless Children airs this Sunday on BBC One.

Rose McGowan has revealed that she’s wondered whether Harvey Weinstein would hire a hitman to kill her after the landmark #MeToo trial found him guilty.

The actress and activist joined Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid and Ben Turnbull where she discussed the news that Weinstein has been convicted on two out of five counts – criminal sexual act in the first degree and rape in the third degree.

‘The other night, I have to be honest, I was sitting at home and I was thinking I should do the laundry and then I thought, “Oh, I wonder if he gets convicted he’ll hire a hitman to kill me. Oh, I wonder what I want for dinner”,’ Rose said.

‘These are just casual thoughts of my life and that’s what’s so wrong and sick,’ she continued.

‘That’s why I fought so hard for this to stop. But more importantly, I fought for global cultural reset because this still happens.

‘While we’re speaking, people are being raped all over the world and they’ll never have a voice in this. I wanted to come and be a voice for those who will never get a chance.’

Rose, who had previously accused Weinstein of sexually assaulting her in the 90s, celebrated his conviction last night.

The 67-year-old disgraced movie mogul went on trial in early January facing five charges of rape and sexual assault, all of which he pleaded not guilty to.

And yesterday, a jury of seven men and five women found the disgraced producer guilty on the fifth day of deliberations.

The jury found Weinstein not guilty on the most serious charge, predatory sexual assault, which could have resulted in a life sentence for the former Hollywood producer.

A judge ordered Weinstein to be jailed immediately after his conviction. He’ll remain in custody until his 11 March sentencing. He faces up to 29 years in prison.

Asked whether she thought 29 years was enough, Rose replied: ‘I would rather he ceased to exist, I think the world would be better off.

‘I am happy there is one less serial predator on the streets because I can’t tell you, people would not be safe if he was out.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted Weinstein’s lawyer for comment.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.

Luke Evans has praised the hospital that saved his father’s hand, after he suffered a gruesome accident involving a circular saw.

The Beauty and the Beast actor had nothing but love for the NHS staff who had worked long hours to make sure his father’s hand was reconstructed after his awful accident.

Taking to Instagram, Luke explained: ‘Three days ago, my dad had an accident in his garden chopping, slicing wood on a circular saw. It was very bad, he sliced his hand open, it was a terrible accident. He almost lost his fingers.

‘We took him to our local hospital, one of our local hospitals in Swansea, the Morriston Hopsital.’

Describing the surgeon as ‘one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met,’ the actor, who’s set to star in a new true crime drama, added that he had performed five hours of microsurgery on his father’s hand.

It resulted in the surgeon choosing to work for hours longer than he was scheduled to, finishing his shift at 12:30 at night.

‘My dad has been looked after so well by everyone in that hospital, and I just wanted to say how lucky I feel and how grateful I am to have a health service that allows my dad to be treated for all these things and it hasn’t needed insurance, a health insurance, or anything. It’s just there for us, we’re a very lucky nation,’ he went on to say.

‘Yes, it’s massively in debt, yes it doesn’t function as well as it should, yes there are many problems, but the people who keep the NHS going…they’re all superheroes, they’re all lifesavers.’

Acknowledging the long hours that the staff work, and the sacrifices they make for their jobs, Luke said: ‘You’ve not only saved my dad’s hand, you’ve saved these incredible fingers which have built houses, they’ve built fences, walls, fireplaces.

‘My dad wouldn’t have survived well without his hands and you’ve saved them.’

He added: ‘I’m very proud to have experienced that firsthand and see how brilliant you are.’

Ever one to look for the positive in the situation, the actor also explained that, since his dad had to stay in hospital, he proudly watched Luke singing on Dancing On Ice surrounded by impressed staff.

Silver linings, eh?
