Cheryl Fernandez Versini has said a law should be put in place to prevent fat-shaming from happening.
After being criticised for her own weight, the singer has said that although she can deal with the negativity, more impressionable people can’t, and it’s because of this something should be done.
She said: ‘I can take whatever they [the Press] throw at me after 13 years, what worries me is what it’s doing to the younger generation. And some of the people writing this stuff are women. There is no sisterhood.
